Apartment vacation rentals in Las Grutas

Our stay was perfect! the house has everything you need to have a good vacation on the beach. super equipped. large refrigerator. spacious bathroom. very well equipped kitchen. the house is very comfortable. on the property there is a quincho with two grills, which are shared with few other apartments. we had no problem to make fire every night we wanted. Regarding the location, it is an area far from the center that gives you a lot of tranquility. There are shops nearby, even a large supermarket. the beach that is nearby, although we already knew it, we were a little uncomfortable to enter the water, due to the breadth of the tides and the characteristic stone restinga of the grottoes. but nothing that can't be solved in a few minutes by car to the beaches of downtown, or a few more minutes to colorful stones. the hosts are very helpful and kind. we will be back next year 💪

The complex where the accommodation is located is very well, has a pool and five. Recreation spaces and it is very well kept. The monoenvironment/apartment is also excellent, comes with everything you need to stay for several days. It is highly recommended.

Excellent stay! The Accommodation is the descriptive, spacious, clean, comfortable, has a large green patio. The place is quiet. Relatively close. 4 blocks from the sea, 4 blocks from the supermarket and about 10 blocks from downtown. I recommend it and would choose it again if I go back to the Grottoes!!

The apartment is impeccable. It is very well located, close to everything. We were 6 and it was spacious and comfortable. It was clean and has beautiful natural lighting. The price Marina Cero is spotless in terms of grove, flowers and park. The quincho is a little out of the way but is perfect for cooking and you can eat right there sharing with other families in the complex. Equally all that was duly clarified with Edgardo before booking. Edgardo was in touch and the attention of the locals from both Marina and Francisco who was available for whatever is needed. well located, depto simple but nice. flexible check-in hours and good communication/agile . they had a techito for the car, very good for when there is sun. the air worked well, as well as the water/shower. comfortable beds.

Very good place. Safe area. The apartment has a pantry 10m away, and a shopping mall 150m away the beach is very close. Very comfortable place with everything needed to cook and have an excellent stay. 100% recommended.

We loved staying at Analia's house. The apartment is comfortable, it was clean and tidy and the neighborhood is quiet and no disturbing noise. Analía was available if we needed to communicate and was very clear with all the instructions. The common spaces are very nice and a plus. We would definitely recommend it!
