Very good place to stay, 2 minutes by car from Poppy Beach and the pier, easy access. Something I might not have read was the additional cost of the air conditioners, but nothing relevant in price for 4 days.

My experience was excellent! The host was incredibly kind and attentive from the moment they were. Communication was smooth and she was always willing to help with any questions or needs. The property was spotless, comfortable and conveniently located. I would certainly recommend this place to anyone looking for a pleasant and hassle-free stay. Thank you for making my stay enjoyable…

The apartment is within a block on the private playa bonita residences. The design of the apartment is very stylish and equipped with everything you would need for a short stay. The location is close to the beautiful playa bonita beach (4-5 mins) and from there you can access beach loungers and a pool which we used for our kids all with a wrist band you get given on arrival. There are some good restaurants located on the beach including Mosquito and Marea where service is v friendly. There is a small and basic bodega 15 min walk to get some provisions but would recommend the bigger supermarket for a larger shop which can be reached by taxi or car. Overall a great stay would recommend!

Dorene’s place was amazing! Just a few steps from the beach, and a beautiful pool on sight. The location was quiet, peaceful, clean, and exactly as described. I’ll definitely be staying here again!

A great places to stay in.

Second time back at Cedric’s apartment, this time brought my folks with us. They loved it too. The location is fantastic- short walk to the beach and grocery stores, several restaurants, coffee shops, liquor store. But my favorite part is that it’s modern and SO well lit. This won’t be our last time! Thanks Cedric!

I went with a group of friends and the photos don't do the place justice. Too quiet, private, spacious and beautiful. 100% recommended, Mr. Michel welcomed us and was very kind. And about the stay we have no complaints. The house is super equipped and furnished. All you need at your fingertips.

My wife and I loved our stay at Keisha's place. The condominium is beautiful, well-furnished, well-equipped, and extremely comfortable. Everything was as pictured. We felt right at home. The location is perfect....we could walk to the beach in two minutes, and into town in five minutes, yet it is located in a very peaceful setting. Having the option of sitting poolside or going to the beach is something we find very appealing. Keisha is an extremely likeable, friendly, and gracious host, and was very accessible and helpful with any questions we had. A truly lovely host! My wife and I definitely look forward to visiting Keisha's place again in the future!

Although not directly on the beach, it is a 3 walk. There is a nice pool in the compound. The playa Bonita community is great Walking distance to fun restos. Loved the main pool, gorgeous The condo is well appointed with a lovely terrace. Its really quiet in the complex Overall, great value

It really EXCEEDED OUR EXPECTATIONS!!! Carmen is a super host!!! always friendly and attentive to guests' needs. First, the apartment is literal in front of the best beach in Las Terrenas. Many restaurants nearby (I recommend Manda Popy, some delights right next to the apartment). the apartment HAS EVERYTHING: SPECTACULAR KITCHEN WITH EVERYTHING FOR COOKING and a balcony with beautiful views of the pool and the sea. Very comfortable beds and bathrooms are a luxury! The garden and pool areas are very comfortable and beautiful. We will be back for sure! THANK YOU CARMEN!!!🫶💞
