My family had a short trip to Florence over the New Year holiday. This was the perfect location for our family of 5 to enjoy a cozy atmosphere with beautiful scenery all around. Our girls loved their room (Bunkbeds), the swings and the stream/creek which flows around the property. My husband and I appreciated the nice bed linens, towels and comfortable bed. The kitchen was stocked well with just about any pots or utensils you may need. We all enjoyed the board games which were provided in closet of the girl’s room. Overall, we had an enjoyable experience and would definitely stay again!

This home was so peaceful, beautiful and very clean. All of the bed's were very comfortable and the home had a lot of amenities. The view of the lake was amazing. We can’t wait to go back when the weather is a little warmer.

This was my 2nd stay in the Bevis Lake House and once again it exceeded expectations. This home is Comfortable, Clean, and Cozy all while providing a gorgeous lake view. The owners are friendly and plenty of written instructions on site to make your stay lovely. 10 out of 10 across the board. We will be back again! The location of the cabin was amazing. It was very clean inside & out. The kitchen was very well stocked with eating and cooking utensils. Plenty of linens were available. We enjoyed the outdoor amenities which included the screened in porch, cement patio, fire pit , hammock and kayaks. The welcome basket was a special touch and very much appreciated.

our booking was very last minute (20min eta) but Terry responded quickly called and checked to see that we made it in safely and recommended a great hamburger place down the road. His home was very clean with plenty if sleeping space. My favorite was the upper closed deck with a day bed over looking Tennessee River.

Our family (presently, 22 of us) has rented a cabin for the past 9 years—always going where we can check the boxes (everyone has a bed; bathrooms; two refrigerators; large table for eating and games, within the 3-hour traveling radius, etc.) This year, we went to Alabama; and, stayed in this amazing home. Our family ranges from 14 months to 80 years of age; the elevator was a huge plus. Plenty of parking was a plus. We were amazed at the quality of everything in the home…all top quality (linens, towels, washer/dryer, stoves, enough pots/pan, enough plates/silverware, enough garbage bags. The owners have not skimped on anything. We had pretty much daily questions—they were all answered immediately, with deep detail, and were always considerate. We posted pictures on social media; and, we’ve already had two inquiries as to where we were. We cannot say enough good about this facility and the host. Thank you for a great time with family.

Highly recommend this place to stay if you’re ever in Florence. Stacy is super helpful, and we loved the pool! We stayed for a girl’s trip, and it was so relaxing. All restaurants, fast food, and shopping are super close by!
