The Bed-Up makes this studio unique, with a 48km view into the Rhone valley from the moment you open your eyes. In winter the studio will charm you with the cosy fireplace and underfloor heating, in summer the natural stone terrace will invite you to stay outside and look down into the valley or gaze upon the stars

This small, private Swiss chalet is cozy comfortable retreat for one or two persons. The balcony offers a magnificent view of the Rhone Valley and Swiss Alps of Valais. Ideal for nature-lovers or those who simply want to just get away to relax and breathe in the Swiss mountain air. The chalet acts a point of depart for mountain walks or hikes, bike riding, snowshoeing or even cross country skiing in the winter time. Ski slopes and thermal baths can be reached in around 30 minutes by car.

Unser ca. 350 jähriges Bauernhaus enthält ein neurenoviertes Studio. Es liegt etwas über dem Dorf Saanen mit wunderschönem Blick über grosse Teile des Saanenlandes. Mit dem Auto ist es in ca. 5 Min. erreichbar, ob von Schönried oder Saanen herkommend. Zwischendrin die Unterführung mit der Abzweigung zu Unterbort/Abländschen. Immer den Wegweisern „Sonnenhof“ folgen. Die Unterführung ist auch Bushaltestelle. Von dort rechnet man noch 15 Min. zu Fuss bis zum Studio. Abholdienst ist möglich.

Transformée en 2015, cette bâtisse jadis office de grenier, a conservé des éléments architecturaux traditionnels. Un mélange d’éléments d’époque, de matériaux naturels et de confort moderne, créent une ambiance de charme. Un logement chaleureux avec une âme. Ensoleillement maximal grâce à sa position plein sud. Das Studio ist einfach, vollständig und zweckmässig ausgerüstet und verfügt über eine offene Küche, ein Badezimmer, sowie Schlafmöglichkeiten für 2-4 Personen (Doppelbett und Schlafsofa für max 2 Personen). Grosse Fenster ermöglichen es, auch im Studio das herrliche Panorama zu geniessen.

Vous disposez d’une place de parc gratuite sous le couvert. A 10 minutes en voiture vous serez au centre de Saint-Germain/Savièse où se trouvent de nombreuses commodités. De plus Sion, Anzère, Cran-Montana ne se situent respectivement qu’à 20 minutes, 30 minutes et 35 minutes.
