Kick back and relax in this calm, stylish space. There is a lot of room for up to 4 people, areas to relax, cook or work. Feel free to use the PlayStation or the electric sit/stand desk for home office activities. The loft is not far from Aschaffenburg, Frankfurt, Wertheim Village or Wuerzburg. All can be reached in max 50 minutes or less. Also, Spessart forest starts right behind the loft, a lot of walking and biking opportunities can be accessed from Waldaschaff and from the loft.

With the first rays of sun you will be awakened in the bedroom and can enjoy the sunset on the apartment's own terrace or from the living room. Due to the unobstructed location on the outskirts, you can relax wonderfully in nature and reach the town center with its gastronomy, train station, outdoor swimming pool and retail on foot. In the studio you will find everything you need; a large comfortable double bed, a fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher, fridge, etc., a bathroom with a bathtub and shower cabin, a dining table and a small seating area. A great distant view from the windows in the bedroom. A covered outdoor seat in the garden can also be used. 1.5 km away is Schöllkrippen with all the shopping opportunities.

Apartment in Hain, the gateway to the Spessart

The vacation rental is located in the attic of my house in the grove in the Spessart. The house itself is built on the slope, so the front door can be reached via 30 stairs. In the house itself, there are then 15 steps up. Number of Guests is limited to 3 here. If more guests want to come, please send a request. By arrangement, it is possible for more guests to come. A double air bed can still be placed.

Modern apartment in a quiet location of Aschaffenburg

The apartment in the attic is a new building and has good thermal insulation. The connection to the city center is by various bus lines (free on Saturdays) or a walk of approx. 30 minutes. Shopping (Aldi, Denn's, Edeka, dm, bakeries, butchers, Sparkasse, pharmacy) are within walking distance in a few 100 meters. Extensive discoveries in the field and forest can start after a few minutes walk.
