Village cottage

The cottage is attached to our house and independent. A mezzanine with double bed, and on the ground floor in the main room, a single bed equipped with a pull-out bed that can sleep a 4th person. It is a small village of Belledonne, 30 minutes from the 7 Laux ski resort at the start of hiking trails with many road bike and mountain bike routes. A movie theater 7 km away in the valley the pleasure of meeting and sharing homemade jams!

50 m2 lakeside cottage, located in the Haut-Bréda valley, an authentic and natural site. 10 minutes by car or shuttle from the 7 Laux resort, Pleynet side. The balcony, terrace and garden offer panoramic views of the lake and mountains. The terrace is equipped with a brazier table, you can enjoy this outdoor cooking space and spend convivial moments around the wood fire. Snowshoes, sleds, hiking trails at your disposal

My place is close to all amenities, direct access to the slopes. You'll love my place for the comfort, the proximity to the ski lifts, the magnificent views of the valley. My place is good for couples with a kid. For an independent arrival, a key box is available on the door if needed. Fully equipped kitchen (raclette and fondue set, crepe maker, toaster, mixer, Senseo coffee maker) Weekly booking for WINTER holidays.

Studio independent of our house. You enter through the living room with a bay window offering beautiful clarity and equipped with blackout curtains to obtain the desired darkness. Le Shack des 7Laux, a cosy chalet located in Les Adrets on the Belledonne montait, next to 7Laux ski resort (Prapoutel side) and 40km away from Grenoble. Le Shack means small forest chalet in French Canadian (Quebecois) and is a lovely place to spend a week-end, Holidays with friends or family. With an amazing view on mountains, it is an ideal place for mountain holidays in winter or summer !

We recently bought this studio, the living room has been completely renovated by us and equipped to the best of our abilities. There is a balcony directly overlooking the slopes. The sanitary facilities have not yet been renovated but are functional.
