House Rules: The LOFT is not suitable for hosting more than 2 people. The following are strictly prohibited: parties, birthdays and family meals... No smoking, no burning candles and incense. Do not use the piano and pool table. Not suitable for children under 12 years old

The house is a recently built and welcoming chalet. You will enjoy a region ideal for hiking or discovering a rich local heritage. Located in a peaceful hamlet, you will be welcomed by Sam and Krisha, our friends and English neighbors. At 10 minutes from the highway (A89), between Lyon and Clermont-Ferrand, the house can welcome 4 adults or a family with two children properly. Set back in a quiet location, you'll enjoy a magnificent view of the mountains. Located at the end of a cul-de-sac with three houses, including our own, Dream Catcher is designed for 2 people ( not suitable for children and babies ) Access is easy in summer - in winter the path is cleared of snow by us (snow equipment obligatory). Arrival from 2pm - departure 11am maximum -Independent accommodation in a quiet, secluded location. -Parking and 3kw EV socket

La Perle du Gré in Chantemerle-lès-Grignan (26)

In Drôme Provençale, next to Grignan, between vineyards and lavender, our cottage is the only one on the property. It is located upstairs, for four adults, adjoining the owners' farmhouse. 48 m2 living room, with fully equipped open kitchen, relaxation area with 127 cm TV, air conditioning. 35 m2 master suite with walk-in shower, double sinks, separate toilet, air conditioning. 30 m2 mezzanine. Both beds are 160 X 200. Private terrace with Weber barbecue.

Our small house (23 m2 studio) is located between St Félicien and St Victor, surrounded by nature, it will allow you to recharge your batteries and enjoy nature. 3 km from the village, you will find shops, markets, tourist office. The area is perfect for outdoor activities. You'll love the place because of its unobstructed view of the Ardèche mountains and Vercors. It will be perfect for couples or solo travelers, for a moment of serenity or hiking.

Charming studio and terrace in hilltop village

Charming independent studio with grassy terrace, equipped for 2 people (sheets and towels provided) and located at 1040 m altitude in the village of Piégut (15 minutes from Tallard). The old house, restored in an ecological and authentic spirit, enjoys a pleasant environment and beautiful views of the mountains. Your entry is completely autonomous but, living on site, we will be happy to advise you on activities to do in the area if you wish.

Our accommodation – rated 4 stars **** – is unique. It is unique because we built it ourselves from A to Z with noble and natural materials. It is unique because it is spacious, bright and quiet. It is conveniently located both quietly in a subdivision of a pretty village and close to Issoire, easy to access because not far from exit 15 of the A75. Perfect as a stopover for travelers or as a love nest to visit our beautiful region.

Artemis' getaways

Located in an old traditional Ardèche farmhouse, it is a spacious and warm 3-star gîte. A 10-minute walk from a very beautiful river, it is the perfect starting point for many walks, bike rides, or donkey rides (rental on site). Village 500 m away (bar and grocery store). 20 minutes from Mont Gerbier de Jonc and 1 hour from Lac d'Issarlès. Bed linens and towels are provided. Beds are made upon arrival.
