Superb sea view with direct beach access and parking

Conveniently located apartment with direct access to the beach and a 10 minute walk to the liner Le Lydia walking along the Allée des Arts. With family or friends, you will be won over by the tranquility of this tastefully decorated and fully equipped furnished for 4 people. It is located on the 4th and last floor of the "Le Palm Beach" residence with an elevator. The terrace has beautiful sea views. The accommodation is equipped with wifi and private parking space.

Facing the sea

Accommodation is located at the foot of the beach and the famous ocean liner "Le Lydia" In the summer we welcome the surfers. At Christmas, the outdoor Christmas market is set up at the foot of our residence The Pic du Canigou is an hour and a half drive away Spain is 40 minutes away The apartment is located on the 7th floor with elevators. Very bright apartment with a terrace facing the sea The place is great for 4 people, one bedroom and a sofa bed.
