We spent a very pleasant few days at Viviane's in this little cocoon facing the park and the sea. Superb walk to do at the foot of the building, along the coast via a beautiful park, sea bus just downstairs that also allowed us to reach downtown La Rochelle in 15 minutes while taking a short walk on the water... The apartment was very clean and well-equipped. Our host was very nice and accommodating, I recommend!

The city center is at the foot of the apartment. The listing is as described. The kitchen is functional, nothing is missing, small food reserve to start the stay. Beautiful living room, and bedrooms ideally exposed without any noise. Small pleasant patio to relax. We had a great week.

Francoise's place is absolutely gorgeous and comfortable. We were travelling with the six of us (four adults and two children) and the space was really spacious for all. The garden is huge, much bigger than we had expected, and we looked at the stars from there every night. Francoise is a wonderful and very helpful host and it was great communicating with her. Moreover, Ile de Re is completely idyllic, we had such an amazing holiday there and everything, beaches, shops, bars, restaurants and beautiful old villages, was nearby. We already can't wait to return!

We had a great time in Loix. Patrick's place is spacious, bright and very well equipped. Everything is close by, we did everything on foot or by bike. Recommended.

Accommodation is ideally located: 500 meters from the market halls, 600 meters from the old port, 800 meters from the port des minimes. As the accommodation is located close to all shops and amenities, so the neighborhood is lively. The accommodation is very clean and true to the description with clean linens and sufficient for 4 people. We had trouble throwing away our garbage, the host responded very quickly to my call and was understanding. I specify that the garbage room is well located on the street on the left when exiting the accommodation and not rue des marionnettes. We would recommend this listing.

Stay from July 20 to 27, family with 2 children. Nice apartment, very well equipped with optimized space; compliant with the presentation and photos. Impeccable on arrival (tidy, clean) and provision of cleaning products. Very good location (close to the beach, port, shops...) and quiet of the residence appreciated. However, small difficulty in finding the exact location (GPS note problem?); but very responsive host and "problem" resolved quickly. We had a pleasant stay in this place.

The accommodation is very well located in the center of La Rochelle: it is possible to do anything on foot. The apartment is very clean and has all the necessary amenities. Sarah is also very welcoming and accommodating; especially on checkout time (we were able to leave our luggage in the accommodation until early afternoon.)
