The house is very charming and well-equipped, perfectly in line with the description. The environment is also peaceful while being very close to a village with essential goods (en primeurs, pharmacy, etc.).

We had a great time at Giovanni's place. The house is spacious, in line with the photos (niys even found the house better than in the photos) and very well equipped (full kitchen equipment as well as various board games, books and outdoor amenities). For us The environment was ideal because it was quiet and not overlooked. Communication with Giovanni was perfect: quick response to messages and tips for things to do on site. We would recommend it without hesitation

Communication with Florence was fluid and very pleasant, before, during and after our stay! As a family with 3 children, the house with the garden was ideal for us. We were able to spend time in the garden undisturbed. A great luxury: We were able to buy fresh croissants and baguettes in the store just around the corner every day. Our children enjoyed it very much. The location is ideal to reach many sights / cities. We can recommend the beach in Fécamp, where we spent a lot of time. But the cities of Rouen and Le Havre are also very worth seeing. We felt very comfortable in the house. We can highly recommend it. Sabine and Michael

small 2 rooms very comfortable, on the second floor. there's nothing missing. the bedding is very good. the windows of the living room overlooks the road and the harbor ( beautiful view), but no noise to the bedroom overlooking the courtyard . A little expensive compared to the fact that we have to bring linens and towels. we had a lovely stay in this small port town that I really like!

What a lovely home from home for our week in France! We brought two ten year old girls who loved playing in the large garden and bouncing on the trampoline (while we enjoyed shooting hoops!), and we all loved saying hello to the various animals and Plume the dog. The apartment was lovely, warm and welcoming and the kitchen very well equipped. It really was a lovely space to spend time in, and if the weather had been warmer we would have been sitting out on the terrace too! The owners, Jean-François and Martine were always so friendly, warm and helpful, and we really appreciated the delicious home made jam and eggs! Lidl is a short drive away for everyday essentials, as is the train station for easy trips to both Paris and Rouen. We didn't use the bikes unfortunately due to my hip injury, but enjoyed exploring the area and I can definitely recommend Biotropica for a great day out for all ages! Thanks for a wonderful visit

I wish I could talk about it so that it's more often available and go back, but I don't see how I could. Everything is there for a great stay, whether it's the layout, the location or the proximity to the Fort Mahon waterfront. And for those who like to walk, many paths are nearby. Book without hesitation. Personally, I'm already thinking about when to go back. And thank you to Nicolas for his availability and ease of dialogue and advice.

This is the second time we have occupied this apartment which is conveniently located in Honfleur and we appreciate it very much. We stayed in Thomas's apartment for a week. Enjoyed the tasteful decor. Very special in such an area as the former Grand Hotel. Within 50m you are with your feet in the sand and the sea. Houlgate has captured our heart with its atmosphere, really French, the shops and restaurants, was a party. Surroundings are also definitely worth a visit. The apartment is lovely to stay in even on a rainy day. We can definitely recommend this.

the accommodation is located in a quiet residence, with private access to the beach nearby. it was clean with all the practical equipment for the kitchen. there is a playground with unparalleled views of the Bay of Somme a short walk from the residence. I appreciated the ultra clear instructions provided by Damien for our arrival at the accommodation, for me who was anxious to go to a new place, it was perfectly fluid and clear.
