Facilities for sports events or concerts are near the apartment (Saint-Denis Basilica, Stade de France ...). You can use a private, secured, underground parking spot.

Stade de France is a 10-minute walk . Nearby are many mini-markets and a bakery . a comfortable and relaxing bed awaits you after the long walks in Paris or pedestrianized at the Stade de France .
