The beach at the bottom of the building is a real plus! Linen provided FREE OF CHARGE, PARKING, WI-FI Not to mention the sea view... 4th and top floor, no one above!!! The 27 m2 apartment plus the terrace, first line facing the sea, ELEVATOR separate bedroom with double bed 140 by 190, bathroom, separate toilet, living room with equipped kitchenette, terrace with sea view Private parking with automatic barrier, bike room, I do not guarantee its safety. 5 minutes' walk: Thalasso, city centre.

Studio moderne de 29m² situé au 4ème étage avec ascenseur. Il possède une magnifique vue mer que vous pourrez admirer du balcon ou depuis le canapé et la cuisine. La plage du couchant est à seulement 3 min à pieds et est accessible par le chemin piétonnier situé en bas de l'immeuble. 42 m² 2 bedroom apartment on the seafront with feet in the water. Located on the 2nd floor without elevator (not suitable for people with reduced mobility) for 1 to 5 people on the seafront. The view is breathtaking and love at first sight is guaranteed. The rental price does not include linens (but can be rented on site) or cleaning at the end of the stay. This place isn't suitable for parties (no noise after 10pm) or pets. Air-conditioned accommodation.
