Very nice apartment 5 people in ground floor with terrace, located in the quiet part of the residence CAP ESTEREL. Close to the sea, 100m from the shopping street and all activities. The residence is a holiday village (open from April to Oct) offering all Club activities (entertainment, children's clubs, spa, circus school, 5 swimming pools, tennis, golf ...). Closed parking is included as well as access to activities. The terrace offers a splendid view of the sea and the Esterel.

This independent accommodation, completely renovated in early 2019, is located in the large wooded garden of the owners (charming couple). We are resident in Santa Lucia Park, a residential estate in St Raphael. Our villa and this small house are in a large garden, quiet, 2 steps from the sea (3 minutes walk). The setting is very nice, relaxing. There is no vis-a-vis. Everything is made for an 100% relaxing stay. Palm trees, turtles, cats, shade, sun, swimming pool ( to share)...
