Vacation rentals with beach access in Le Haut-Saint-François Regional County Municipality

Ricky’s place was walkable to town and the pedestrian path by the lake. It was clean and comfortable. Ricky offered a discount at the local yoga/pilates studio and was able to be flexible with our check out time. He was very responsive and easy to work with. I would recommend it to others and definitely stay here again when I’m in the area.

Cute apartment. Just the right size for the 3 of us. Right on Main Street yet very private. Thomas had recommendations on places to eat that we could walk to or had a short drive. Beautiful park across the street. Rainy cold weekend on shoulder season yet, we made the most of it and had fun. Looking forward to visiting in the summer. Thomas was a great host and we would stay there again.!!!

Small house in the woods much larger than photos. Beautiful landscape, peaceful and with all the necessities. The property is worth a visit. Sylvie is a kind and responsive host. I would highly recommend stopping for a trip to the area!

Absolutely beautiful location. Place was perfect and very well stocked.

Outside for aquatic enthusiasts, everything is there. Terrace with fireplace, etc... as shown in the photos. If you are looking for calm, the dock by the lake will delight you; the house is located in the heart of the village which is quite busy and noisy during the day (that's life) but around 8:00 p.m. everything is quieter; everything is central, everything is done on foot, grocery store, etc... You won't have a view of the lake from inside, you have to leave the house and go to the grounds. There was only one exit from the house, no emergency exit, maybe the windows adjacent to the sidewalk were one. I enjoyed my stay, the hosts were very helpful and I recommend it to everyone according to your needs, everything is there.

Brad and Rose’s lake house is a perfect lake side get away. The location is beautiful and surprisingly convenient for being 30 yards from the border. The house is 20 minutes from Newport and 30 minutes from Jay peak down well maintained road. We spent the week skiing at Jay Peak during a two foot snow storm and were very concerned about being able to access the house since it is down a long drive way that slopes down to the lake. We spoke to Brad and Rose who made special arrangements with their plow guy to clear us a spot at the top of their driveway to guarantee we could get out on the day of the storm. The plow driver also reached out personally to make sure he plowed before we needed to leave. The drive way was plowed three time on the day of the storm and atleast 7 total during our stay. We were able to get in and out no problem even from the bottom of the drive way and the roads to and from the mountain were easily passable with 4 wheel drive (Subaru Outback). Would recommend!

We loved the location and being close to Bald Mountain Cabins, since we were there for the Memorial Greg Nichols Oquossoc 150 race. (My brother actually) We had four racers participating and brought home 5 podium places believe. It was wonderful to see you listed as one of the sponsors! Our stay felt like home away from home. Steven went above and beyond to make my family’s stay enjoyable. Upon an accidental overbook Steven refunded us the days and extra for his mistake. He also went out of his way to gift us some drinks since I had mentioned it was my birthday weekend. He was very happy to help with any questions we had. Overall, it was a nice stay and his home was beautiful.

It was a perfect home for our family Christmas gathering! Definitely would stay here again.

We had a wonderful stay at Margaret's place. It was a short trip to the NEK to visit family and was a perfect location for a weekend get away! It has all the luxuries of home. We enjoyed having our own space and was close enough to family (5 minutes) so that we could spend our time visiting instead of traveling. It certainly was a winter wonderland at this time of year up there!!! The driveway was a bit slippery and steep, but all and all it was a great stay! We definitely would love to return in the future. so nice to have so many bathrooms and separation of the sleeping quarters so that each family /group can have their own privacy.

Loved it. Exceptional place for a family or small group to stay for a visit to the Newport area and/or Jay Peak. This was one of my favorite short-term rentals I've stayed in, if not my favorite. I've never felt more relaxed and comfortably "at home" while traveling with family. There was plenty of room and separate areas to allow everyone (5) in our family to have their own space when they needed it. Kristen made everything easy and communicated perfectly. The apartment (2 story/ half of large house) was well supplied with everything you could reasonably need, and was very clean. It appeared as recently renovated, but in a way that maintained it's historic character and homey feel.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this Air b&b, the place was well appointed, clean and very comfortable. Quiet at night, amazingly well equipped kitchen, great value for money all in all. Communication with the hosts was very smooth and their rules easy to follow. We definitely recommend it 🥰 Milena with family

Very well located in the heart of Magog. The place was very clean and there were all the amenities required for a great stay. Very good communication with the host who responded quickly to questions. In short, it was perfect.

We had a lovely and restful stay at Carine and Sebastien's place. The apartment was comfortable, clean, and well appointed, and an easy walking distance to downtown attractions. The hosts were so kind and accommodating when we were stranded by bad weather and they graciously let us extend our stay for an extra night. We look forward to returning!

This location and space was everything I had been looking for and even added an additional night. There were many touches to the space that showed extra thought and care for what guests might need. Very grateful and hope to return to this warm space! Thank you Josée & Jean Guy!
