After running from museums to monuments and from shops to restaurants, return to this beautiful apartment renovated and decorated in a contemporary spirit, whose three bedrooms and two bathrooms will comfortably accommodate up to 6 people. The total area is approximately 95 square meters, including a master suite with walk-in closet and private bathroom. This accommodation is unique because it is located in the heart of Marais, a stone's throw from the main monuments of Paris and all the shops. It is an apartment tastefully refurbished by a famous Parisian architect. You're sure to love it. You will have access to the entire apartment, with its three bedrooms, two bathrooms, living room, and kitchen. The apartment has a washing machine, dryer, oven, microwave, induction cooktop, large fridge and freezer, ironing board, hair dryer, TV with cable…. I'm always available to guests at any time of the day or evening. The apartment is located in the Marais, one of the trendiest and busiest neighborhoods in the capital. Contemplate its rich architectural heritage, and indulge in its many shops and restaurants. This home is located a few steps from the Hôtel de Ville and St Paul metro stations (metro line 1). From Charles de Gaulle Airport and Orly Airport, it takes about 45 minutes by taxi. We can arrange your transfer from these airports.

Unique Apt in the Marais/Beaubourg

The perfect place to discover Paris. Our spacious 70 m2 are situated next to the famous Centre Pompidou in the city center of Paris. You can easily discover the whole town on foot, lots of sites are near-by. We are located on the first floor (no lift, but only one flight of stairs) in a pedestrian area without traffic. Sleeping is very calm. The neighborhood though is lively with lots of cafés and restaurants around. It will be a pleasure for us to provide recommendations for a happy stay!

Beautiful bright apartment in Le Marais

Ideally located in the upper Marais, Rue de Turenne, close to Rue de Bretagne. Very lively neighborhood filled with restaurants, shopping and galleries! The apartment is new, modern and has a lot of charm. It was decorated by my mom who is a decorator:) It is bright with rooftop views and quiet as it overlooks the courtyard. 2 rooms: a bedroom and a living room-kitchen with sofa bed (sheets not provided for the sofa) For the summer, no air conditioning, there is a fan. See you soon!

In one of the small streets behind the church Saint Germain des Prés, in a house built in 1650, a cosy two-bedrooms-space is waiting for you. One bed is 180cm large, the other one 160cm. Two toilets, one bathroom with an extra large shower. I lovingly renovated and refurbished this historical place. It’s calm and charming, with old stones and wooden beams. Just around the corner: shops, restaurants, jazz musicians, legendary cafes and famous adresses.

An entrance features a stone archway that leads to a staircase with wrought iron railings. Lush greenery is visible alongside the staircase, and a cobblestone pathway connects to an open door on one side. Soft lighting enhances the welcoming appeal of the area.
