Nice apartment at Vieux Port with A/C and roof-top

Très beau T2 climatisé comprenant : un grand salon (avec deux canapés lit 70cm plutôt adaptés à des enfants) une grande cuisine aménagée, une belle chambre avec un grand lit 160cm une grande douche, un wc séparé, et surtout une vue à couper le souffle sur le Vieux Port et Notre Dame de la Garde depuis la terrasse commune située au 5è étage ! Assurément un coup de coeur ! Equipements : lave vaisselle Fer et table à repasse Étendoir Bouilloire Micro ondes Lave linge Four Machine café Nespresso Grill pain Sèche cheveux Appartement au 4ème étage sans ascenseur ! Appt très facile d'accès puisque très central ! La voiture n'est pas nécessaire pour la visite de Marseille. De nombreux transports sont à proximité: bus, métro, tramway, velib, les bâteaux navettes pour vous emmener sur l'île du Frioul, les Calanques (Sormiou, Sugiton, Cassis), au Château d'If, à l'Estaque, à la Pointe Rouge ou aux Goudes. Le petit train qui propose deux circuits pour la visite de la ville vous conduira à Notre Dame de la Garde ou au quartier du Panier. Vous pourrez emprunter le bus 83 qui se trouve sur le Vieux Port (il dessert toutes les plages jusqu'au Prado ). La plage la plus proche est la plage des Catalans. Embarquez sur les bateaux navettes pour visiter l'île du Frioul et les Calanques. Si vous arrivez par avion: Des bus navettes font la liaison entre la gare Saint Charles et l'aéroport De la gare Saint Charles, il suffit de prendre le métro ligne 1, direction La Fourragère et descendre à la station Vieux Port ( 2è station après Saint Charles) pour arriver à l'appartement. A pied, de la gare Saint Charles, il faut environ 15 minutes pour arriver à l'appartement et c'est une ballade facile car toute en pente douce :-) Les arrivées se font à partir de 14h jusqu'à 19h. Les départs se font avant 11h. Cela nous permet de faire le ménage, le changement des draps et des serviettes. Nous pouvons laisser les clés dans un hôtel à proximité pour les arrivées tardives (supplément de 12 euros). Nous facturons seulement 20 euros les frais de ménage à nos voyageurs. Nous ne vous demandons pas de faire le nettoyage au départ, mais nous vous demandons de laisser l'appartement propre pour votre départ, y compris la salle de bain et les toilettes, ainsi que la cuisine rangée.
