Cala Rossa beach walking distance (500m). Quiet and secure residence of 2023. Very nice air-conditioned apartment, garden floor, 65 m2, 2 terraces (East & West). Heated pool from April to October. private parking. Amenities nearby. Bright and comfortable living room, fully equipped Leicht kitchen. Bedroom 1: 160 cm double bed, dressing room closet. We offer this nice 27 m2 studio in Porto Vecchio on private property. Ideally located since it is 1 min from the city center, 1 min from the health course and close to the beaches. You will have a kitchen/living area, a sleeping area with 140 x 190 bedding with storage. Bathroom with large shower and washing machine. As the construction is very recent, the vegetation could not work a miracle to hide the view, the neighborhood is very nice.
