We immediately felt comfortable and the location is great. In a few minutes you can reach the pedestrian zone and at the harbor.

Apartment is nicely quiet and easily accessible by car, there is even a parking space available. Communication was impeccable and a variable check-in was not a problem at all. In addition, we were received very kindly and personally. We will be happy to come back.

My little daughter, sister and I stayed at Felix's place in mid-March. Check-in was very straightforward and Felix was always available for questions. When we came in, we felt very comfortable, everything we needed was there, the child had plenty of space to walk around and the terrace looked very inviting (even if it was still a bit too cold to sit outside). Due to the central yet quiet location, we were able to do all our activities even without a car, bakery and supermarket were easily accessible, the old town of Leer was also within walking distance. All in all a great apartment with lots of amenities and enough space, ideally located to start excursions and explorations.

We had a great time staying at the apartment. It is clean, very nice and well decorated and nothing is missing. We felt right at home We will be happy to come back again. Thank you ☺️
