Nice people and nice place

Gem was extremely flexible with our arrival time. Even though we didn’t get to the Airbnb until close to 3am, the housekeeper was able to graciously let us in and show us around. My uncle also left his medicine in the refrigerator and they were kind enough to store it for us in their ref until we could drive back to pick it up a few days later.

Really nice place and easy to find. Has a great view of Mayon Volcano, and the location is close to Kawa Kawa and Cagsawa Ruins. The host was also very patient in waiting for us since we arrived late because of traffic congestion in the Naga area. The place comes with a kitchen, a large parking space, fully air-conditioned rooms, a large balcony, and a roof deck. Wifi was also good. We had a comfortable stay 🙂

I recently stayed at Francoise's Airbnb, and it was exactly as described. Each room having its own toilet and bath was ideal for our group. The detailed instructions and recommendations for finding the place, nearby restaurants, supermarkets, and drinking water made our stay very comfortable. The host and caretakers were also very responsive to our queries and requests. I had a pleasant stay and would highly recommend this place to anyone visiting the area.

Everyone in our group was very pleased with this property. It’s comfortable and we felt right at home. The third floor of the property is occupied by 2 young professionals which we hardly saw, and wasn’t an issue at all. The beds are nice and the kitchen had most things you’d need to cook. We spent a lot of time in the home, playing games, cooking and watching movies. We were a group of 10/11 and my only wish was that were a little more seating in the living room. All in all it was a great stay and I recommend it. The hosts are nice, accommodating and easy to reach.

This bnb was just perfect for our team building! We stayed for two nights, and enjoyed the amenities in Freitz’s place. We were able to cook our food in their functional kitchen. We also had fun olaying different sports available in the bnb such as tennis, basketball, billiards and pickleball. Overall, we had a great stay! Til next time.

we had a great stay. it felt like home. the host are very friendly and maasikaso. yung place is walkable sa mga food establishment ang also to UNEP. the room are very cozy and makakarest ka talaga kasi apaka comportable ng bed even the aviance of the room it gives like your on your own space. thank you very much ❤️ we love to stay there again ❤️

Good location to base yourself in legazpi. We hired a scooter for two days and had undercover parking (in a shared car park) which made getting to those sights easier. When we didn’t have the bike, you can easily get a trike. The location for was great for ordering Grab food as there aren’t very many restaurants and the roof top was the highlight. It is a quiet place to stay with a standard Filipino bathroom/wet room situation. Fast wifi, good a/c and was really great value for money. The hosts are great to communicate with and answered all my questions promptly!

My 2nd stay. Will definitely stay again for next visit. Comfortable, convenient and clean. Host is responsive.

The best place to stay in town.

The bWe had a nice 4-day 3-night stay at Grace Joy’s place. The place was still new, it was very clean and equipped with all the necessities. It was very accessible and just a few blocks away from Citimall. I will book this place again on our next Sorsogon vacation.

The room was clean, with kitchen outside where you can cook and also safe! Miss Leizl was very hospitable and helped us organised our tour. Highly recommended place.
