Very private and separate first floor of a house. It is a very private and quiet half of a duplex, with fully outfitted kitchen. Private entrance. 2 connected bedrooms, living room, and mud room with full size washer and dryer. Full basement for storage complete with two bikes and helmets to borrow. Clean and tastefully appointed. 2 sizable new flat screen TVs with Roku boxes and two new air conditioners keep it as cool as you’d like. Feel free to reach out for flexible check in/out times.
