This 61 m² garden apartment offers space to arrive and breathe. It sits quietly and close to nature in Wandlitz, about a 5-minute walk from Lake Wandlitz, with a separate entrance and its own terrace. Swimming spot just around the corner: only 300 m away is a free bathing spot on Lake Wandlitz — steps lead into the lake right in the woods, and dogs are allowed in the water too. The apartment is intentionally designed for a maximum of two adults – not a family setup, but a place for retreat, focused work, or relaxed days out in nature. We place particular value on sustainability: the apartment runs on climate-friendly heating, modern boiler/heat-pump technology, and a solar system – for a good feeling throughout your stay.

By car, you are directly on the Berliner Ring or in the center of Oranienburg in a few minutes. We are comfortably furnished and offer a complete, open kitchen-living room with separate dining area, a cozy living and sleeping area, perfect for 2 people as well as a modern shower room. In a few minutes you can reach the Borgsdorf S-Bahn station with direct connection to Berlin city center with a travel time of about 40 minutes.

It has three bedrooms and one bathroom on each floor. In the living room is a fireplace, for a cozy time on colder days. Walks on Lake Lehnitz or through the Barnim Nature Park start right outside the door.

Summer retreat for 3 people - 400 m to the lake

We live here and like to welcome guests to our 1930s summer house, which is in our garden. In the tiny house you can accommodate three people, there is a kitchen with oven and a fireplace, but no heating. The bathroom, just for you, is located in an outbuilding 10 m away. Quiet and located directly by the forest, you can reach the lake in 8 minutes on foot. The S-Bahn station is a 10-minute walk away.

Our cozy weekend property invites you to a wonderfully relaxing vacation. A private jetty with lake access as well as forest and meadow are right outside the front door. On a 1000 square meter property you can enjoy nature completely alone. Watch sunrises and sunsets in the pulpit on the jetty. Rowing boats can be rented nearby in season. Fishing is also possible on Lake Rahm with a fishing license.
