Welcome to our “bakhuisje”: a national monument from +- 1700. The house is cozy and comfortable; living downstairs, bed is upstairs on the mezzanine. It has a cozy electric fireplace and a comfy couch. The bathroom has everything needed. Kitchenette (without cooking) with small fridge + coffee/tea and a beautiful view (vegetable garden, greenhouse, fruit trees). Of course WiFi and a workplace. Beautiful surroundings for walking/cycling and a small sandy beach in the river at 2 minutes walking.

Windmill close to Amsterdam!!

Our romantic windmill (1874) is just a few miles from Amsterdam in wide green fields and along a meandering river: "Gein". Easy access to the A'dam. by car, train or by bike. You have the entire windmill to yourself. Three floors, 3 bedrooms with double beds: it easily sleeps 6, a kitchen, living, 2 toilets and a bathroom with bath/shower. Bikes available + kayak. Just leave some extra money if you did use them. No need to reserve ahead. Great swimming water and small landing just in front.

Our accommodation is stylishly furnished and feels like a real holiday home. The beach-boho atmosphere immediately gives you a feeling of sun, sea and laid back living. It is accessible through the back area of ​​our house, which ensures a safe feeling. Close to beach (200m) with lounger rental and surf school, sea and dunes. The center is within walking distance (500m) and the supermarket is just around the corner. Centrally located near major cities and easy to reach by public transport.

Our monumental farmhouse (1876) is close to the beautiful city of Leiden (10 minutes by car). Also close to Amsterdam (30 minutes), Schiphol AirPort (20/25 minutes), the Hague (20 minutes). The beautiful beaches of Katwijk and Noordwijk are only half an hour away. For people who love the outdoors; there are many cycling and hiking possibilities close by. Spacious bright studio on the ground floor by the River Rhine in Oud Leiderdorp. Near Leiden and Amsterdam, the beaches of Noordwijk and Katwijk and the flowers of the Keukenhof. B&B 3 kastanjes is located on the 1st and 2nd floor of a 100 years old house in the district Vreewijk in Leiden city centre. It consists of one living room and two bedrooms, toilet and bathroom. (for use of 1p bedroom see below at Access for guests). You have lots of privacy: all the services are only used by you and the apartment has its own entrance. You can use (city)bikes for free and payed parking in our street is included. The B&B is Contact Free!

Stay in our former coach house

Near the center of Leiden, we have renovated a charming early 19th-century coach house for temporary rental. You’ll enjoy the peaceful atmosphere of the countryside, while still being close to all the amenities of a vibrant city. Simple (non-electric) bicycles are available to rent for €2.50 per day—perfect for trips into the city. For longer distances, we offer 2 to 3 electric bikes at €25 per day per bike
