Small house by the lake with its own dock

Newly built house/cabin with its own dock for rent by Lake Vällan in Falun. In summer, you can enjoy swimming and sun. There are both rowing boats and SUPs that allow for trips out on Vällan. During the winter, there is the possibility of both long-distance skating and cross-country skiing when the track and trails are prepared if the weather and surface allow. The house is about 50 m2 and has a small kitchen, dining area, sofa with TV, fully equipped bathroom and bedroom. In the back of the house, there is a washing machine, dishwasher and storage.

Air heat pump that regulates the temperature in the house, and floor heating. The residence is 50 meters from a low-traffic road. You have 1.5 km to restaurants in Tällberg, and 500 meters to Siljan. There are nice walking paths in the forest, along Siljan.

Bedlinen and towels are included, you do not need to bring your own. Parking directly outside included. You can store your skis or bikes in locked space if you wish. About 800 meters to Lugnet's outdoor area with cross-country tracks, bathhouses, bike trails and the university Dalarna. 3 minutes drive to the city center and grocery stores.

Forget about everyday worries in this spacious and peaceful space. Great location 200 meters from Styrsjön. Southwest location with lake view, beautifully decorated. Completely renovated, fresh, underfloor heating. Fully equipped with dishwasher, washing machine, drying cabinet. Two bedrooms (160 cm double) and two beds (100 cm and 90 cm). Two terraces with a view, barbecue. Possibility to charge electric car. To borrow Linder-eka. Beach with raft about 500 meters. 7 minutes by car from Leksand.

Charming old house on a classical Dalarna farmstead. Quietly situated near lake Siljan. Guests have access to their own part of the garden. The house is 80 sqm, with two bedrooms, lounge and fully equipped kitchen. DEPARTURE CLEANING, SHEETS AND TOWELS INCLUDED IN PRICE. A frequent comment from our guests is that their visit was too short. We recommend minimum three nights - there is much to see and experience, for all ages, in the area.
