Located about 6 miles from downtown Colebrook on 29 acres with a rolling landscape with DIRECT ACCESS to snowmobile (Cor # 5) and ATV trails (Cor # C). The HILLSIDE is a 1st floor unit that has a beautiful and sunny open floor plan with a fully equipped kitchen. The unit comfortably sleeps 4 in the 2 bedrooms, each with a queen size bed. There is a walk-in shower and laundry in the unit.

Head over to Dixville notch and hike Table Rock Trail for amazing views.

Private apartment w/hot tub for 4 & abundant amenities. Kitchen stocked w/ basics for cooking. Access to back yard with grill, fire pit & pond stocked w/ trout (for feeding). Access to 1 mile +/- of scenic wooded trails & beaver pond w/ pedal boat. Close to Burke Mtn, VAST & Kingdom Trails. Hosts on site & available if needed. DISH, smart TV, movies & games. Internet WiFi should be strong we now have fiber. Poor cell service. NO PETS. Please don't ask.

Our home is also on the property and we are nearby for assistance. Plenty of wildlife awaits your stay!

Snowmobilers private cabin, on the trails Amazing 1 bedroom cabin that sits over the stream. You will hear the stream all night long. Perfect for hunters, atv's and snowmobilers. The cabin is on the trails where you can travel for miles. Trout stream stocked with brook trout and surrounded by mountains and sits on the VT and Canada border, top of the white mountains. Relaxing and serene, you won't want to leave.

Moose Pond Lodge Snowmobile and ATV

Moose Pond Lodge is a two bedroom cabin located directly on the snowmobile and ATV trail. The cabin is also perfect for hunters, fishermen, and outdoor lovers of all kinds, or anyone just looking for a quiet place to get away and relax. The deck offers beautiful mountain views, and there are two ponds on the property for catch and release fishing in the warmer months.

Spruce Mountains Casa / Snowmobile access

The cabin is tucked away at the end of a private road overlooking Mohawk valley. The property is very private, has a large yard / land, and has spectacular views. This is the perfect getaway to relax or hike , hunt, snowshoe, or snowmobile. There is direct snowmobile access but no direct ATV access
