Located on a canal only ~7 houses from the intracoastal waterway. 10 minute boat ride to the Gulf of Mexico. 10 min. car ride to Englewood Beach. Fishing, boating, kayaking. Many great restaurants & bars close by. Note: We are not liable for any injuries. Use pool at your own risk, No diving! Also, we do not have any child safety alarms. Heated pool is extra $75/ wk.

Quaint Cottage w/access to Peace River canoe/kayak

This 2.2 cottage located on 10+ acres features waterfront view and ample parking. Tranquility and paradise intersect here. There are multiple buildings on site, so you may see other guests. There are kayaks and canoes on property. First come first serve. There is a boat ramp on property you are welcome to use for boats or kayaks. No smoking and No animals. We are a farm, so we cannot allow outside animals to the property.
