Vacation rentals with beach access in Leopoldstadt

Anne-Marie and Motti gave us fantastic instructions and recommendations. The area is very central with great transport links and fabulous places to eat. The apartment was spacious, clean and well equipped. Although it is on the ground floor, it was quiet. We enjoyed our stay very much.

Dali is a great host and very open. She greeted us and provided with the all needed instructions and advice to have fun in Vienna. I can recommend for a stay!

Place is situated in a beautiful location on a hill with a nice garden. The host was very friendly and is also an artist with his paintings exhibited in the halls and bedroom. Good experience overall.

I have been to the accommodation many times before and have to say Konrad is very attentive and takes good care of his guests. As a location for unusual hours quite good and cheap and completely uncomplicated. Shopping (Billa) very close, also other shops and right next to it a very good tavern. We will be back :-)

Arrived about midnight but they still waited and helped us to check in.The place is very close to downtown and metro station which is really convenient.You can find basically everything necessary here.Thanks so much for holding.We had a very nice conversation:)

I'm waiting for us because we got lost in public transportation, but it helped us at all times. Everything is very good if you are going to spend a couple of days, the only fault the shower that was the regular door, but nothing important. Thank you!

A simple, clean flat near the Student apartments to help our daughter get settled for university. It was also close enough and with excellent public transportation to see a bit of Vienna while we were there. Would definitely stay again. Thanks!

Quiet, cozy, small garden house with a piano, a guitar and an old and overall good amenities (dishwasher, hot plate, TV, Wi-Fi, etc.)! Strombad Kritzendorf within walking distance, museum gugging accessible via beautiful walking/hiking route. Very dear host who responds quickly and helpful. When arriving, note that there is the same street name twice in the area. So it's best to enter the address right away with the correct postal code in the navigation system. :)

We stayed in more than 25 Airbnb listings across Europe, but this one was definitely the highlight! Great location in the reed belt of Lake Neusiedl, right on the water. Individual, stylish, practical and fully furnished. Great terrace with full day direct sun. Canoe, stand-up and bicycles available for free use. The contact with Bene and Nadja was warm and uncomplicated. The original Airbnb thought is perfectly implemented: a private, not primarily commercial accommodation. For whom? Perfect for families or 2 couples. The location is quiet, but everything is easily accessible. Perfect for excursions, chilling in and at the house, in all seasons! 100% recommendation! 1

Great place to stay, nice to have access to the pool to cool off on a hot day since so many places in Vienna don't seem to have air conditioning. Cornelia is lovely to interact with.

We first booked through Airbnb and it was a hit. We were warmly welcomed by the hostess and gave us as many tips for activities and culinary delights for the immediate surroundings. The guest room is very large, clean and designed with a lot of love for detail. As a welcome drink, there was a chilled wine from our helpful hostess. There is a coffee machine, dishes and a fridge for drinks. The bathroom is new and there is a large garden where we could enjoy the silence in the evening. It is a few steps to the Danube farm and we were able to borrow 2 stand-up paddle Boarde from the hostess. We felt completely comfortable and the accommodation is ideal for many sports activities. We will be happy to come back.

The place was really great! Great quiet location,very well equipped,lots of comfort. We were 6 adults,bathrooms, toilets and the rest of the amenities was perfect for us. Klaus and Sabine were very accommodating and easily accessible! I would book the house again and again! Easily accessible by car,easy unloading and inviting. Many restaurants and shopping in the immediate vicinity. Thanks a lot!

We (family with two elderly teenagers) had an great stay at the end of the summer holidays. The garden for green Aue and sup riding was particularly popular. The roommates (cats, guinea pigs) were quickly lovingly familiar to us. The location with proximity to the Danube, the monastery, the vineyards and all the amenities Vienna has to offer is excellent.

The room was nice and Ruzanna was a welcoming host. As a place to stay I would gladly recommend it :)

Benny showed us the apartment and the surroundings with a lot of Viennese charm. We were immediately welcome. The apartment is sensationally located (close to metro and Danube beach with lots of bars and restaurants). The apartment is spacious, clean, cozy and what we appreciated very much during our stay (outside temperature between 30 and 35 degrees): It has air conditioning. If we are in Vienna again, we will be happy to book this apartment again.
