“Great apartment in a safe building, located about 8-10 minutes walk to Kotor's old town. We enjoyed sitting on the balcony, taking in the beautiful views. The public and private beach is located just down the hill and there is a nice supermarket and mall very close to the apartment. Just a note to future guests that the air conditioner is in the living room, not the bedroom, but it is not a problem to cool the bedroom when leaving the bedroom door open. We loved the welcome cake upon arrival from Ivan and Andrea who were fantastic hosts. They were always in communication offering tips about the town including restaurant recommendations and booking taxi's for us. We'd definitely recommend the apartment as it offers great value and comfort in a very central located area!”

“We rested with Alexander’s husband from 12/30/19 to 4/01/2020, celebrated the New Year in Moscow time in the apartment, didn’t wait for the Montenegrin, fell asleep)) The apartment is very comfortable, there is everything you need - dishes, soap, washing machine, ironing board, iron, hair dryer. They washed clothes, they need to be dried in the afternoon on the street, because the apartment is wet and will dry for a long time. The apartment is heated by air conditioning and a heater, in the bathroom you need to turn on the infrared heater separately. We turned on the heating only at night, during the day it is better to open the front door, warm air and ventilate and dry. We slept under two blankets, it was already hot in the morning. Alexander arranged a meeting at the Tivat airport and he drove back, about 10 minutes to go. Alexander is a very good host! He lives with his family in a neighboring apartment. He advised where to go and where to eat. I was always in touch if there were questions. The apartment itself is located in a two-story building, each apartment has a separate entrance from the street. The old town is about 10 minutes leisurely on foot. There is a table and chairs near the entrance so that you can sit there in sunny weather, as we did. Special attention deserves the cat of Alexander-Tikki))). I really love cats, so I was very pleased !!! He came to visit us, he is modest and very sweet !!! And a little complete))) I highly recommend the owner Alexander, we really enjoyed living there !!!”

“We would like to thank Andrea and Ivan for the hospitality and support during our stay in the apartment. We traveled in mid-March 2020. The next day after our arrival, the Montenegrin government closed air traffic with all countries and introduced a quarantine regime, and closed all restaurants and cafes. We had the opportunity to just walk around the neighborhood and buy groceries at the supermarket. Every day, the landlord inquired from us if we needed any help, provided services for delivering food to the apartment, for which we are very grateful to him. The apartment itself is located very conveniently, in just 5 minutes you can slowly walk to the shopping center and two supermarkets, 7 minutes to the Old Town of Kotor. The view from the balcony on which we spent almost the entire time of our stay in Montenegro is very beautiful. The apartment is equipped with everything necessary for housing, clean, newly renovated. We cooked different dishes in the kitchen without any problems. The mattress and pillows are comfortable. We recommend this apartment for living! We want to return here when the situation with coronavirus is over :)”
