Well-lit, quiet, welcoming accommodation in a small town where everything is accessible, shops, transport, 20 minutes from Montreal, 15 minutes from the ski slopes, 10 minutes from the hiking trails, close to bike paths, quiet neighborhood, affiliated and registered with the Quebec Ministry of Tourism and accredited for COVID, interviews are carried out between each guest, a complete disinfection of the accommodation, all sheets, towels, everything is disinfected and your entrance is individual, the owner lives on the upper floor but your accommodation is not shared even if there are other doors closed and not shared

Complete, comfortable and quiet place with excellent central location. Near a bus stop and highway 640. In a family and tranquil neighborhood. You also have access to a large private courtyard in the back. The house has two separate homes. You have access to the top house as shown in the photos. For the downstairs home, a quiet and respectful couple lives there. In addition, it is strictly FORBIDDEN to smoke inside and on the balcony behind.
