It measures 35 m2 and the private terrace 25 m2. The restaurants and Braudel Park are nearby. It's the perfect place for relaxing or sporty vacants, with plenty of water activities and walking or mountain biking opportunities. It's the perfect place for a vacation as a couple or with kids.
