Perfect studio for visiting Rouen. New, comfortable and the big plus a parking spot! Rare in Rouen. With a bus stop at the foot of the building, in 8 min you are in the center!

The location of the listing is really ideal because it is close to the city center and all related amenities. Despite its proximity to the center, the apartment is in a narrow street and it is particularly quiet. Jérôme is a proactive and responsive host.

The host was very responsive and welcomed us warmly at check-in. He explained everything about the flat and recommended nearby restaurants. The flat was clean, convenient, and surrounded by many dining options. Highly recommended!

Thank you to Emmanuel for his availability and responsiveness.. the accommodation is very nice, furnished with great taste , impeccable cleanliness.. nothing is missing .. small touches welcome and binder with instructions and what to do in the area as well as many documentation about the region... I completely recommend it... it was a real happiness 😉👍

We had a lovely stay, apartment as pictured, clean, the host is nice and available. The only downside for the towels and sheets that smelled of wet linens.

Stayed for just over a month in Christine’s apartment. Great location right in the heart of the historic old town. Nice and quiet, being at the back of the courtyard and it had everything I needed. You’ll need to be fairly fit to manage the steep spiral staircase. But it’s a super place to stay and Christine was very responsive, flexible and helpful.

Wonderful location and very quiet for being near the city center. Apartment was private and beautiful. The beds were comfortable and we had a wonderful stay. Jean-Luc and his cohosts responded promptly when I had questions before and during our stay. Wonderful hosts and beautiful location!
