Located 2 hours from Paris, one hour from many sites such as Troyes and its factory shops, Auxerre and its vineyards (Chablis), St Fargeau (Guédélon), Provins medieval city, this cottage will be perfect to welcome travellers wishing to recharge their batteries in peace (cottage located in a private road)

Nestled by the river Seine, in an artist village in the region of Champagne, this former priory is located only 100km from Paris (55mn direct train between the neighboring Nogent s/Sein and Gare de l'Est). This is an authentic and ressourcing place, newly renovated, loaded with 400 years of history. We have decorated the house with love and care, the equipment is very generous. Bikes of diverse sizes (for adults and children), kayaks, SUPs and other inside and outside equipments are available.

Deux jardins clos et sécurisés pour les enfants (ping-pong, handball, fléchettes…). Commerces à 6 et 12 min, gare à 20 min. Wifi, Netflix, Prime. Animaux bienvenus. Nous y avons vécu de merveilleux souvenirs. À vous !

The cocoon

This lovely house is ideal for spending good times with friends or family. 3 min walk, you will find: bakery, grocery store, pharmacy, pizzeria… and a market on Sundays. For walks, Sens is 20 km away (A5 exit) and Auxerre 35 km, two cities where you can discover the cathedrals and stroll through the city centre. For shopping, head to Troyes, 45 km away, known for its factory shops. And for wine lovers, the Chablis vineyard is 40 km away!
