The owners wanted a family space to share with guests, and have a mix of modern , retro & vintage with panoramic views over the ocean stretching as far as Rame Head ,Looe, Seaton & Downderry. Close to HMS Raleigh &Polhawn Fort. There are 120 steps down to the chalet.

Trefranck farmhouse Annex is situated on a working farm. The barn is a beautiful modern self contained place. Perfect stopover if you're working in the area, on holiday or having a couple nights away. You have your own door to come & go as you please. Unique features include a huge fireplace, original bread oven (decoration only!), Rayburn (for the winter period). The house has stunning views onto the gardens, woodland and farmland which surround it. The gardens and lakes are a gem to enjoy, and it offers great walking on the doorstep including along the Valency Valley to Boscastle.
