Pablo the perfect host. Helpful and communicative. Stay in a great location. Very quiet neighborhood and about three minutes walk to the beach. The apartment itself is worth the price. All the amenities from the description, and even more than you expected. Everyone had their own room. There was even an airfryer. The dishwasher cubes were also included, and the host thought of everything.

We visited this location for a week at Easter. It was quiet around the area initially but got a little busier as the week went on. The weather was perfect, high 20's all week. The apartment was clean and tidy with all the amenities we needed! David was super helpful, making contact a few days before with details on how to access, directions etc and then checking in regularly with recommendations and directions to local restaurants, markets etc. The kids loved the pool and the beautiful beach was only 5 mins walk away too. There was one shop within walking distance but i would recommend hiring a car to visit around the local area. Scenery is stunning. Highly recommend the location and the accommodation!! We had a lovely stay at Javier's. The house was clean, quiet with a very nice view. We really enjoyed the environment and the small tables scattered around the house. Javier is a very responsive host. We will stay at the accommodation in an upcoming trip with great pleasure

The apartment is new , spacious and very well equipped for a very nice family holiday to visit and discover the area. The terrace with sea view is a major asset, you get lulled by the sound of the waves nearby. Its location is ideal, great location for me. For those who love the beach it is a few meters from the residence. Vannessa is very very professional, all the information she shared with me was very useful to me both on the details of the rental and on the beautiful things to do in the area. The large pool and SPA area were at our disposal even late, a real pleasure for children. The place and Vannessa for her seriousness are to be recommended. Looking forward to seeing you again.

A nice, peaceful location to stay. Large house located in a secure gated community. There were 9 of us and we all had a great time. Very responsive host who was there to assist if we had any questions or queries. He stayed up late and provide us with a detailed check- in at 11pm due to issues with our inbound flight. I would definitely recommended the property and I will be sure to stay there again during my next visit to Alicante

We had a lovely stay. Everything was as advertised. Close to the sea and on bus route, we travelled into Alicante and Santa Pola easily. It was quiet because we visited out of season but we found plenty of places to eat. Owner very pleasant and responsive. Thanks for letting us stay x

Martin's place is an incredible, peaceful getaway with lots to explore right on the property and many activities within a short drive away. Martin is friendly, warm and knowledgeable about things to do in the area. He's a great host! The cave is a magical space!
