Located at the end of a cul-de-sac with three houses, including our own, Dream Catcher is designed for 2 people ( not suitable for children and babies ) Access is easy in summer - in winter the path is cleared of snow by us (snow equipment obligatory). Apartment at 1500 m, magnificent view of the mountains. Ski at the bottom of the building directly at the Manigod resort (La Clusaz ski area). Merdassier snow front is lively during the winter with night skiing on weekends and holidays. In summer you can enjoy walks, an outdoor swimming pool (July/August, €4 and €2 per day) playgrounds (tennis/ping pong/swings). Shops and rentals (ski/mountain bike) in season downstairs from the building.

Small cottage at 1200 m altitude, completely restored. Calm, rest, reconnection to nature. Conducive to meditation. Departure on foot for beautiful walks: Orcière, Sulens Manigod La Croix Fry ski resort about 20 minutes away by car, 2 Restaurants within 10 minutes. Deliveries possible. 45 minutes from Annecy city center, 35 minutes from La Clusaz and Le Grand Bornand. Extra options: Energy treatments and wellness massages on site.
