Monthly Rentals in Lian

We stayed at Sophia’s place for 1 night, although we wished we booked a few more. This is the best chill place for a family outing, and the place was very spacious for us. We have balikbayans who were very meticulous when it comes to hotels and b&b’s but they really loved the place. We had a problem with the water pressure at midnight, but I was surprised that the caretaker (Mae) was able to read my message and immediately turned on the water pump. We’re looking forward to booking this place again in the future. Thanks Sophia and Mae :)

Very accomodating ni ms. Lea and yung isang girl na nag assist sa amin. when we need alcohol drinks pinahiram pa kami ng motor para makabili sa alfamart. great deal and we will definitely go back. my husband loves the place as well. Malinis din yung place. 🫶

Sooo worth it!! My family definitely loved it. We would’ve stayed longer if we could 🥹 loveeed the place so much!! the staffs were also so nice and accommodating 🫶

The place is great overall, my family really enjoyed the place. Txyla was very responsive and friendly. Pros: - Beachfront with a beautiful sunset to die for - Caretakers are very friendly and attentive - Fast and reliable internet - Complete kitchen fixtures; icemaker is a big plus! - Fully-airconditioned dining and living room; a must in this summer heat Cons: - We experienced a blackout for an hour, but I believe this is normal based on load capacity in the area. There's a standby genset though but the batt was drained and technician didn't arrive before the electricity came back - Quite a number of stray dogs in the beach area; but they are friendly though and harmless
