Vacation rentals with lake access in Liberec District

Quick arrangement, room and other rooms completely matched the photos, spacious clean and equipped kitchen for all guests, ski room, sauna, children's corner lots of social games available... Good accessibility on the main road, yet the traffic was almost impossible to hear. In addition, you can hardly live closer to the Stadium... :) There is a stream and a spacious garden behind the house, but you would use it outside the winter months. I don't know how lucky we were in staff, but the whole stay was peaceful and if we didn't meet someone in the common room and kitchen, we almost didn't know about the other guests. The only minor complaint goes to the description of the rooms when choosing them - we were not sure which room has a bathroom and toilet and which is not (if there is one). And also could use some general information about the end of the trip either in the app or in the manual. Anyway, we had a great stay and thank you. Very nice place to stay at an affordable price! :)

Ivan’s place is just perfect if you wanna escape the city and enjoy peace and nature 🌿Beautiful fire place and home that smells like wood 🪵 Equipped very well, neat and clean. Not to mention sauna and charming little lake next to his house. We will come again for sure!

Very fast and responsive communication.

The house is beautiful, super new and really comfortable. Great beds, everything you need in the kitchen. The house that is shown on the photo actually consists of two holiday houses that are rented out separately. We rented the house at the back with a wonderful view on the back garden. It was covered with snow while we were there and my kids practiced their ski/boarding skills while I watched through the window. Several ski slopes are close by (short distance by car). Ivan is a wonderful host and very accommodating. The sauna is located between the two houses and can be booked, this was not entirely clear from the ad. From the second use you pay a fee. But the sauna is really well designed and offers a wonderful experience especially with the ice cold water from the pond that Ivan cleared for us. Overall the house is absolutely recommended. Thank you so much for a beautiful place to stay. It was a quiet and cozy place where we really rested. The garden is absolutely beautiful – there is something beautiful and lovingly created in every corner. The room was clean, cozy, and slept really well. A huge bonus was Gorny the dog – he is absolutely awesome, friendly and any dog lover will love him as much as we do. The cats are cozy and made the stay feel even more homey. The daughter and son of the hosts were very kind, they showed us everything and were willing to explain. We had a great time and left with beautiful experiences and a clean head. The place is beautiful, clean, in a great location. The host always responded immediately and was very welcoming. I highly recommend this place!

We spent two days at Jakub's place at short notice and felt very comfortable. The room was cozy and practical, there is plenty of space for cooking and eating or sitting comfortably together. If you want, you can sit on the balcony in good weather and listen to the creek. If you like hiking, you can easily get your money's worth even without planning, because you can walk to the forest after a few minutes, a reservoir was to be explored. At Jakub's, we also found a very practical map of the area to take away, with which you can practically no longer get lost. Dream retreat for the whole family! We were there for an extended weekend with 7 people and enjoyed staying with Michal and Andrea! The two were extremely nice and very helpful! We enjoyed the sauna, hot tub and fireplace very much and slept very well in the beds. From the property, we were within 1 hour by car in the mountain bike park, in the Giant Mountains in the ski area and for hiking. The accommodation had everything we needed and more, we could cook there very well every day and the view while eating and from the living room (with the largest and coziest sofa) was simply magnificent. We will definitely be back, next time with a larger group and then rent both houses! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ absolute recommendation!

Nice and functional apartment, carefully decorated with nice furniture, well-equipped, located in an over-century carefully renovated villa. For 4-5 people, a great option. Zenka is a friendly and communicative person, as is the one who takes care of Jiřina's apartment. We received clear and detailed instructions on the rules of the stay and many important issues in the functioning of the apartment. The place is very quiet, the only noise comes from the nearby train line, but it's not a problem. But the train stop is literally two minutes from the house and you can quickly get to Liberec or Harrachov or Jakuszyc. Also, there's no problem parking your car. The only two things that bothered us a bit were the too soft mattress in the smaller bedroom (not a big problem) and very difficult to regulate the water temperature in the tub, which is due to the type of furnace used to heat the water. Even so, I fully recommend this beautiful apartment shared by a friendly host.

Absolutely great place to stay , I was on a weekend with my daughter and we had everything we needed. Damage to TVs that don't have channels that could use a night out.

This stay was truly exceptional. A quiet and pleasant environment to relax, lots of places to go with even the possibility of borrowing bikes. When it comes to the accommodation directly,.. I have nothing to complain about, a bathing barrel, a sauna, the possibility of grilling - great! Projector for pleasantly spent evenings, perfect for a romantic and indulgent stay. I'm sure we'll be happy to come back and enjoy the same comfort here as we are now.
