From the balcony, you can look into the nature reserve and have direct access to the large Rodl. On the upper floor, you will find cozy sleeping spaces. Our house is located directly on the Linz main square, Klosterstrasse 1. A beautiful old building and right next to our main house the main square 23. The flair of the building is unique and so the apartment is suitable for a business trip as well as for a private visit to Linz. Linz is usually not discovered at the first sight. But the more beautiful the city is then. We are very happy to help with insider tips in a variety of cultural areas or help with coworking, etc.

The "Einschnitt" stop on the 50 mountain railway line is just a few meters away and takes you directly to Linz's main square. There is also a private parking.
