This lovely cottage is located a few meters from Lake Vänern and has a sandy beach, wood-fired sauna and dock with wood-fired hot tub. Perfect even for winter swimming! The views of the lake are amazing! The cottage has 2 lofts with beds, living room with sofa bed, TV, dining area, kitchenette, fridge/freezer, oven, hotplates, dishwasher, toilet, shower and washing machine. Large glass doors can be opened out to the balcony, which has a gas grill, outdoor furniture and sun loungers. This is a quiet, natural and beautiful accommodation 15 km outside Lidköping.

Unwind in this unique and tranquil space. Magnificent and varied nature with hiking trails just around the corner, cultural-historical surroundings and both beach and cliff baths. Sunny location morning to night with hammocks between the fruit trees that provide shade if needed. Small flag to indicate that the ceiling height on the 2nd floor is lower than standard. 2 km walk to train connection. From October to April, the house is rented out monthly for SEK 10,600 per month in "cold rent", i.e. the cost of heating and electricity is added.

Total of 6 beds with possibility of another 2. Large deck with dining table, lounge chairs & lounge set. The house is a few minutes walk to Svalnäsbadet, mushrooms & berry forests & Hindens Rev. Feel free to take a short excursion to Läckö Castle, Spiken's fishing village, play golf or enjoy Kinnekulle. There is something for everyone regardless of spring, summer, winter and fall.

Welcome to our cozy, little cottage, perfect for a relaxing holiday near the water. The cottage is just a few kilometers from Lidköping and is idyllically located near Vänern, perfect for a morning swim! Or why not an evening swim in the sunset. There are a lot of toys for garden play and a rowboat for those who want to go out on the lake and fish. Help yourself to raspberries, plums and cherries! Please note that the toilet is in a separate building on the property and we only have one outdoor shower (hot water).

Here you live in a quiet, idyllic rural environment with still close to activities. Swimming, golf, outdoor activities and sightseeing are just around the corner. If you just want to take it easy, you can enjoy terraces in different directions as well as a smaller orangery facing west. If it gets too hot, it is only a few minutes walk to nice swimming areas. Smaller boat but spin can be rented if interested. The nearest grocery store is 25 km away if you do not have BankID.

The cottage has an open floor plan with sleeping loft and one bedroom and is located out on Kållandsö outside Lidköping with access to sandy beach, jetty/cliff bath and with the forest as the nearest neighbor. Hiking trails in the nature reserve a stone's throw from the house. Proximity to golf course, Läckö Castle and Spikens Fiskeläge. Welcome!

Cottage 150 meters from Vänern

The cottage is in a quiet and scenic area 1 mile from beautiful Lidköping. Down by the beach, 150 meters from the cottage, there is a public jetty where you can sunbathe and swim from. Right next to the cottage is a forest with nice walking trails, which you can pick berries and mushrooms in when the season is around. Outdoor furniture and a barbecue are available from where you can eat with a lake view.

För den aktive finns Kinnekulles naturområden runt hörnet där man kan utforska vandrings- och cykelleder. Soludden ligger i direkt anslutning till cykelleden "Vänerleden".
