Das Appartement ist gut gelegen, hell, geschmackvoll und praktisch eingerichtet. Wir hatten eine sehr gute Zeit und würden jederzeit wieder kommen! sehr gutes Preis Leistungsverhältnis.

Wir haben den Aufenthalt sehr genossen. Die Unterkunft verfügt über alles, was man braucht und wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Der Gastgeber hat uns gut informiert und war gut erreichbar. Distanz zum Zentrum von Piombino zu Fuss ca. 10min.

Appartamento nuovissimo, silenzioso anche se nel pieno centro del paese, ottimamente tenuto, pulitissimo, con ambienti spaziosi e piacevolmente vivibili, arredato ed attrezzato con tutti i confort di una casa in cui vivere e anche di più. Dotato inoltre di tutti gli essenziali per la cucina , per il bagno, biancheria per il letto (che abbiamo trovato già fatto), trapunte nuove estive e invernali, materasso e cuscini comodissimi biancheria per il bagno tutto di ottima qualità. Gli host, gentilissimi, ci hanno inoltre aiutati con i bagagli. Siamo stati benissimo. Super super consigliato!

Wir haben vier Nächte in der Unterkunft verbracht. Die Lage, sowie die Aussicht sind unschlagbar. Die Kommunikation war sehr unkompliziert und hilfsbereit. Die Wohnung ist gut ausgestattet und stimmig eingerichtet. Geschlafen haben wir gut (auch wenn die Strasse wegen dem Verkehr im Zentrum sehr gut zu hören war, mit Oropax kein Problem). Die Küche ist super ausgerüstet. Das Bad auch sehr modern und praktisch. Wir haben unseren Aufenthalt sehr genossen — gerne wieder. (PS: Die Pizzeria vis à vis „Mister Torta“ ist sehr empfehlenswert, wir hatten mehrmals die besten Pizzen. Auch das neue Restaurant „Ferrigna“, welches nur 3‘ zu Fuss entfernt liegt, ist sehr zu empfehlen für die klassische, jedoch moderne Küche Elba‘s!)

Wir waren super zufrieden mit der Wohnung! Sehr sauber, schön eingerichtet, tolle Badezimmer. Die Kommunikation mit dem Gastgeber war super. Immer erreichbar und wir haben tolle Tipps für Strände und weiteres erhalten. Wir kommen gerne wieder, Piombino hat uns sehr gefallen. :)

The apartment was great, clean. Check in process was flexible and easy to follow. The location is quite good, everything is walkable, sea is 2 min walk. For the car parking there is public free parking within a km, nearby parkings were always full with machines. Micbela was great, she was very responsive and every ask was satisfied. Thank you, will stay here again in future

Wir waren eine Woche lang mit fünf Personen in dieser wunderschön eingerichteten und sehr gemütlichen Wohnung. Die Einrichtung ist äußerst liebevoll gestaltet und verleiht der Wohnung eine warme und einladende Atmosphäre, in der man sich sofort wohlfühlt. Insgesamt war der Aufenthalt sehr angenehm, und die Wohnung bietet viel Platz für eine Familie oder Gruppe. WLAN: Während unseres Aufenthalts funktionierte das WLAN nicht immer zuverlässig, was gerade bei schlechtem Wetter etwas frustrierend war, da wir gerne Filme geschaut hätten. Allerdings lag das Problem am Internetanbieter wegen Sturmschaden, und der Gastgeber hat sich äußerst kulant und hilfsbereit gezeigt. Er hat schnell auf unser Anliegen reagiert, was wir sehr geschätzt haben. Küchenausstattung und Platz: Die Küche ist für fünf Personen ausreichend, aber bei einer Belegung von acht Personen wird es etwas eng. Es gibt nicht genug Teller, Stühle, und auch der Tisch bietet für acht Person

La casa di Giuliano è un gioiellino dotato di ogni comfort x trascorrere un piacevole soggiorno sotto al castello di Castiglione della Pescaia, comoda a tutti i servizi, alle spiagge e ai maggiori luoghi di interesse della Maremma. Estremamente pulita ed ancora più bello dal vero che non in foto, con piccolo spazio esterno x vivere la vita del paese. Giuliano è un host perfetto, presente e molto attento agli ospiti. Con il suo ristorante Il VIANDANTE sito proprio di fronte alla casa è pronto a deliziare i suoi ospiti con un ottima cucina dal buon rapporto qualità prezzo.. Abbiamo soggiornato 9 notti da lui con i nostri 2 bambini e siamo rimasti molto soddisfatti. Da consigliare e da ritornarci

La casa è curata e molto ben attrezzata, la padrona di casa molto gentile ed ospitale. Posizione comoda per il mare e per i servizi. Consigliata!

Sehr schönes und super ausgestattetes Haus fernab von Lärm und Leuten. Paar Spinnweben aufgrund der sehr hohen Räume stören nicht und reduzieren Mücken. Schimmel im Bad ist ein wenig, aber kleine Fläche). Zufahrt letzte 1.5km nach einem Unwetter diesen Frühling schlecht (mit „normalem“ Auto und angepasster Fahrweise mit teilweise Schritttempo aber machbar). Zufahrt soll diesen Herbst erneuert werden und auch für das Müllentsorgungsproblem der früheren Bewertung (Gemeinde mit nahen Behältern hat Chipsystem eingeführt, Haus liegt wenige Meter in anderer Gemeinde und aufgrund der Lage muss man derzeit einige Km zu den „offenen“ Behältern fahren) wird eine Lösung gesucht. Betreuung im Haus bei Frage und Problemen einwandfrei. Wir kommen wieder!

Excellent camping avec pleins de services. toute l'équipe est accueillante et très sympathique et parle plusieurs langues. Les deux petits bémols la quantité incroyable de moustiques voraces et l'eau de la piscine non chauffée...c'est un peu juste pour réellement profiter de la baignade. Mais cela n'a pas gâché nos vacances dans ce camping.

The house was as it was listed on AIRBNB, we arrive to the house easily with the help of a person who waited for us at a designated place. The house has a beautiful green area and a great terrace to stay at night when is cooler. The living room is spacious with a dinning table , useful when you don't want to go out. The kitchen is well equiped, has everything you need for a vacation. There is a second floor where the rooms are with a small terrace and a laundry area. The 3 rooms are spacious and clean. There are many windows with mosquito nets to open at night without having to worry about the mosquitos. The only one you can not leave open is the door at the entrance. THe communication with the host was always fast and got a response really fast. It is a very confortable house close to the beach in a safe piazza of PUnta Ala close to everything.

Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Die Wohnung hat alles was man braucht um einen entspannten Urlaub zu verbringen. Ruhig, mit schöner Aussicht und trotzdem nicht zu weit vom nächsten Ort und dem Strand. Wir würden wieder kommen.

The house is perfect if you want to get away, disconnect, enjoy the countryside and recharge your batteries. You immediately feel at home. If it's hot then the garden is an oasis of peace and quiet - and eating breakfast and dinner on the terrace is so relaxing. The beach is 5 minutes by car, and the little town of San Vincenzo has great restaurants, local food shops and some lovely boutiques . If you want to explore further then there are beautiful medieval Tuscan villages in the hills. The weather during our stay was not hot most of the time - but it's still warm enough even at the end of September to eat breakfast lunch and dinner outside. The house has everything you need - and the wifi ( should you have to connect!) is excellent. All in all a beautiful home from home in a wonderful setting - and Luisa has thought of everything you need in regard to instructions and furninshings/equipment. We will be back!

Sabrina host davvero gentile, accogliente e sempre disponibile. Ci ha fatto trovare la casa ben fornita e pulita. L’alloggio si trova due passi dal mare e dalle vie centrali. Anche la nostra cagnolina si è sentita come a casa Grazie ancora, torneremo sicuramente!

Geschmackvoll eingerichtete Ferienwohnung für eine Familie. Zentral, aber ruhig mitten in Seccheto gelegen - praktisch mit eigenem Parkplatz, Waschmaschine & Trockner. Wir waren zum 2x dort.

L'appartamento è situato nella zona pedonale ed è molto carino e curato. è facilmente raggiungibile e le istruzioni molto semplici. Inoltre nei dintorni ci sono degli ottimi posti in cui mangiare o bere del buon vino. Paola è molto reattiva ed è stata molto carina a suggerire dei ristoranti.

Posizione perfetta,casa pulita e ben tenuta e Davide sempre disponibile anche per dare consigli sul posto! Per chi andasse in zona lo consiglio vivamente

Wir waren Familie mit 5 Kinder. Wohnung für uns top, wie beschrieben und gut ausgestattet, für den Preis war super. Gastgeber war sehr nett. Dankeschön. Haus war sehr ruhig. Piombino schöne Stadt, sehr gute Pizza und richtig leckeres Eis.
