Holiday apartment on the shore of Lake Päijänne

You can enjoy the sounds of nature while staying on the large terraces of this unique home on the beach, where the sun shines all day from morning to night. The holiday apartment is located on the shore of a clear and drinkable clean Päijänne. You'll have access to all the amenities of our summer cottages, from air conditioning to a sauna. Guests can heat a large hot tub at the property for an additional €50. You can enjoy swimming, fishing, or otherwise just staying on the lake with a rowing boat, a canoe is also available.

Kaikissa huoneissa on suuret panoraamaikkunat ja huikeat näkymät luontoon ja järvelle. Mökki on varusteltu vaativaankin makuun kaikilla mukavuuksilla, pohjoismaisilla design-huonekaluilla ja nykytaiteella. Puulämmitteisestä saunasta on vain muutama askel loivasti syvenevälle hiekkarannalle ja isolle laiturille, jolta pääsee pulahtamaan järveen ja talvella avantoon!

The villa includes a 65" Smart TV and 300 M wifi (remote working possible). The nearest shops are a 20-minute drive away, with Helsinki 90 minutes away by car. The nearest bus stop is 4 km away.

Ja ikkunasta voi jopa nähdä järvellä temmeltävän saukkoaparin. Läheinen koski tarjoaa kauniit näkymät ja siellä voi bongata alueella touhuavan Majavaperheen. Erillisessä saunarakennuksesta avautuu myös kaunis näkymä järvelle. Palju ei kuulu varaukseen. Erittäin kaunilla paikalla olevassa mökissä on helppo rentoutua ja nauttia hyvästä seurasta.

A cozy cabin by the lake w/ sauna & berry picking

This small cabin by lake Saparoinen is like a little cosy nest. You have a private room for two in a small cottage. We are mainly accommodating during summer. Because we now have a small extra heater in the cabin, it can be reserved also in October (or maybe even in November). Autumn is a great time to light the candles in lanterns and gather around the campfire outside. There is no wi-fi in the cabin (can be found in the main house). Take a break from constant connection.

Summer cottage by a lake at Mäntyharju

Nice rebuilt log cottage by lake Siikanen. Cottage is electrified and equiped with cold drinking water and warm shower water system. Peaceful beach opening to direction south. Available a small boat and two SUP-boards. At the yard there is a gas grill and an equipment cottage for firewood and eco wc. Our own summer house is near by (at 150 meter distance) thus help and additional services are often easily found. English and German are spoken by the hosts Timo and Tuula.

Koskikara

A lovely cabin on the shore of Kalkkistenkoski. On the terace you can grill, eat, enjoy the evening sun, lounge on the deck chairs or see the local bird populations. The cabin also has a sauna, hot tub and an indoor fireplace. The cabins kitchen has the essentials for cooking and the barbeque and outdoor fireplace can also be used for cooking. The kitchen and sauna have warm water and drinking water will be delivered to the cabin. The cabin has an outdoor composting toilet.
