Shopping opportunities can be found in Nakskov, so borrow our bikes and take the pleasant trip there through the forest.

This beautiful farmhouse exudes romance and rural idyll. With a wood-burning stove, thatched roof and lots of aesthetic details. There is a courtyard with stunning views of meadow, trees and sea, as well as a flower garden. The house is undisturbed with walking distance to the sea, grocery store and marina. In the luxurious bedroom, there is a French imported vintage double bed. In the living room, there is a comfortable double sofa bed, a cozy work corner, as well as an atmospheric dining area with a beautiful chandelier and a farmhouse blue table.

New cottage in the absolute 1st row and private beach at Musholmbugten and only 1 hour from Copenhagen. The house is 50 m2 and with a 10 m2 annex. The house has an entrance hall, bathroom/toilet with sauna, bedroom and a large kitchen/living room with alcoves. From the living room there is access to a nice large loft. The house has air conditioning and a wood-burning stove. Annex contains room with double bed. House and annex are connected by wooden terrace and there is outdoor shower with hot water. Bedroom in the house as well as loft and alcove.

The beautiful Faxe Bay and Noret just outside the house set the scene for a wonderful place. The house was voted the winner of the program Denmark's most beautiful cottage on DR1 (2014). The well-appointed 50 m2, with up to 4 m to the ceiling, is perfect for a couple - but is also ideal for a family with 2-3 children. All year round, you can swim in the "Svenskerhullet" and Roneklint and the small fine island Maderne, which is owned by Nysø Castle. 10 km from Præstø. The house has a beautiful light and views of the private garden from the large windows in all rooms. It is surrounded by a large terrace with garden furniture and gas grill, and a sandbox for the youngest of the family. Walking distance to Camønoen, stone oven baked pizzas at Bogø Harbor and shopping in the local Brugsen - or how about a short drive to Møns Klint, Liselund Castle or maybe an ice cream at Møn-Is?

The double patio door gives you the opportunity to open up, out to the water, as well as to go out on the private terrace, where your own outdoor shower is available in the summer. There is a table oven, stove, coffee maker, refrigerator with small freezer in the kitchen. Only 300 meters to the water, where there is a sandy beach. The boathouse is a separate residence from the main house, where I live with my 2 cats.

Huset har brændeovn samt varmepumpe. Med til huset hører lille ikke isoleret anneks med to sovepladser. Fra vejen kan du se havet som ligger 2 minutters gang fra huset. Huset ligger i et skønt og velholdt sommerhuskvarter i den østlige side af øen. El og vand er inkluderet i dagsleje.
