The house is in a lovely peaceful location with mature gardens including beautiful fruit trees and a great swimming pool. A great host - thoughtful and attentive and responded to any questions very quickly. We would thoroughly recommend.

Great place to stay

This place was the perfect escape from the city. Nestled in a peaceful village within the mountains, the apartment offered breathtaking views of the surrounding hills. The apartment was perfectly cleaned and well-maintained, with a cozy yet modern design. The balcony was a highlight—perfect for morning coffee or a glass of wine at sunset. The kitchen was fully equipped, making it easy to prepare meals, and the bedroom was comfortable. The village had a few traditional tavernas serving delicious local food, and it was also a great base for exploring the local wineries. We highly recommend this place!

What a great villa! The pictures say it all. We are a family of 7: 6 adults and a 4-year-old child. We really enjoyed the big house. The villa is very clean and well maintained, but there is only one shower with low water pressure. The house provided with all the necessary things for a good and comfortable stay: seating areas, garden furniture, kitchen utensils, pots, plates, cups and everything necessary. The villa is located in a lovely private compound with large gardens full of fruit trees and a beautiful pool. The balcony is a great sunny space but there is also an inner part with a pergola and shade so you can escape the sun during the hot hours. The sea is 2-3 minute drive away. The villa is a little far from the center of Kiti village. We liked the distance because it gives us quiet and privacy Kiti village has all the services you need: supermarket, bars, restaurants and many shops. For that you have to rent a car. The apartment is beautiful, colorful (Frida Kahlo-style), fully furnished, with a towel radiator, foosball table, free parking, and an elevator. The location is perfect—walking distance to the beach, supermarket, and restaurants. What truly made our stay special was Io and her incredible team—always available, kind, and super responsive. A perfect example: I mentioned my wife's birthday last-minute, and when we returned, a bottle of wine, Cypriot sweets, and a handwritten note were waiting for us—a truly thoughtful surprise!
