Your family will be close to everything, both city, university, forest and beach. Trøjborg is an old and cozy neighborhood that is popular to stay in. The apartment's best place is the balcony overlooking the forest, sea and Aarhus Island. It's usually sheltered and perfect for sunbathing. Living room and dining room is a large room, so there's plenty of room to be together. On the 1st floor we have 1 bed, 2 mattresses/a playroom and a workplace with views of the city. The apartment is quiet and you don't hear much of the neighbors.

The home is high quality and can be used all year round. The icing on the cake is the delicious swimming pool building with a hot tub and a view of the North Sea. The location is superb - right by the water and beach, which you can reach on a fresh walk. It is also possible to walk to Rubjerg Knude Lighthouse, to which you have a nice view from the house and grounds. It is also easy to get to the seaside resort of Lønstrup to get the day's shopping done. It also has a lovely selection of restaurants and boutiques.

Direct access to the Limfjord with jetty 100 meters from the house. 600 meters walk along the fjord and you arrive at Thy Cablepark with amazing facilities where you can romp on the water or enjoy a sauna walk. Also go on a fjord hike for a kilometer and arrived at Eshøj Plantation. The house is isolated on a dead end road with no traffic and noise. There is a gym in the basement and 4 rooms with beds and the possibility of bedding.

Modern fisherman's cottage tucked away from wind and tourists, in the heart of Cold Hawaii. House has two bedrooms and large living areas down- and upstairs. One bathroom with shower and surfers' entrance. The last bedroom is on top of our garage with a small bathroom downstairs. Large garden with both deck and green area with good protection from wind. Trampoline and fireplace available. We have foam boards for beginners and for experienced surfers we can discuss using our boards.

This is a very unique place to stay on one of the most quiet roads in Aarhus near the beach and forest. The house is only a 10-minute bike ride from Aarhus city center and yet you don't feel like you are in the city. Start your day with a dip or walk down to the local baker. The suburb of Risskov has a nice shopping, cafe, and restaurant scene where you can find everything you want. The holiday home is located in the beautiful and popular "Øer Maritime Ferieby" 4 km from Ebeltoft, so there is not far to experiences in the old, charming town with its small fine shops and eateries. The home appears brand new and 2021 was the first year it was used for rental. The apartment is arranged over 2 floors, and with terrace areas on both sides of the home, there are good opportunities to enjoy the sun and outdoor life.
