We had an absolutely wonderful stay at this charming cottage house! From the moment we arrived, the staff made us feel incredibly welcome and at ease. Great stay in the bush! Perfect setting with several fine touches left by Louise. We had a late booking and she was amazing at assisting us on short notice. The house is very well kept and it was a great place to stay for a few days. Will definitely recommend when visiting Marloth park

We had the most wonderful stay at Anthill cottage. It is beautifully situated in the bush and has all the amenities you could wish for. We were well looked after by Lipton and Tuli. The cottage is with easy access to Orpan gate and activities to do in and around Hoedspruit. I can highly recommend a stay at the lovely accommodation

Mike was a great host and communicated well. We enjoyed our stay. The WiFi was very weak and Vodacom signal not great in the area but other than that it was a lovely stay.

Waterberg Hideaway is an absolute gem. Gracious hosts, beautiful setting, friendly animals. Peace and tranquility. We thoroughly enjoyed the verandah and the amazing boma. We enjoyed walking on the property as well as the visit to the Marakele National Park. The cottage is a beautiful breakaway from the hustle and bustle of life. Sitting outside and just listening to the birds was wonderful. The stars and seeing the milky way was definitely a highlight of our trip. The kitchen is filled with everything one needs and the hot showers were very good. We loved every minute and look forward to returning to enjoy nature in this beautiful setting. The dogs and horses are all so welcoming and calming. Thank you so much.

We really enjoyed our weekend. It was so relaxing to chill in the hammock and watch all the birds and squirrels. Place was well equipped with no less than 3 places to braai. Great location in the quieter part of the reserve but still close enough to the shops and restaurants. Was a bit cold for us to use the pool but we'll be back!

We enjoyed staying at the Bush Willow Cottage so much so that we plan on going back for our next holiday! We felt so relaxed and peaceful. We went with our 5 year old and an infant. There was something for everyone to do! My husband enjoyed the braai, the bush, the animals roaming, and the walks. I enjoyed the pool and the deep seated bath tub 😃, and my toddler enjoyed finding and playing with all the different insects. And also the sandpit! I think this was our top find on Airbnb!! Thank you Philip & Taryn for being such gracious hosts.

This is a magical place to visit for a quiet getaway. All two and four legged travelers enjoyed this beautiful house on an even more beautiful land. The road getting there is a bit rough in spots so definitely recommend arriving during the day time. Highly recommend staying here!!

We enjoyed a fantastic stay at the cottage. It's comfortable, equipped with all necessities, and the presence of impalas and wildlife was truly amazing, providing a perfect opportunity to disconnect.

A perfect stay to visit the Bryde Canyon and the Panorama route. The stay offers a well equipped kitchen and cozy beds. We had a very good feeling about the safety in the area.

Exceeded my expectations by a long way! Competitively priced, very well presented and well maintained. Hosts were great communicators and flexible Common areas were noninvasive, room felt very secluded and is in a great area in the estate that only added to the tranquility. Highly recommend.

A Perfect Bushveld Escape If you're searching for the ideal getaway, look no further. This house, nestled deep in the bushveld, offers unmatched privacy and tranquility. Surrounded by nature, we spent our days mountain biking, hiking, and spotting game right on the property. The serene environment truly makes it a perfect retreat for nature lovers. Highly recommended!

Staying with Tayla was indescribably beautiful. The space is as described & simply enchanting. Every little detail fits. Everything very nicely decorated. The bed was a dream. The space is very clean & well equipped. In 5 minutes you are in Pilanesberg, a great park. You have to come to terms with shopping opportunities. The nearest mall is 30min away. It's best to shop everything right away and cook in the accommodation. The kitchen is well equipped(oven, stove, large fridge)&you can even find things to pack at lunch for the park. The area for grilling and making fire is beautifully designed...you can sit comfortably and eat under the trees in the evening. The pool area is cute small, sufficient for cooling off before or after the safari. My kids loved the stay, cats to play and plenty of space to romp outside. Tayla was extremely friendly and helpful. Always available & all important details were given in advance. Will be back 🥰

Great little village to explore. The cottage is amazing decorated and gives you a warm feeling of comfort when entering. You can view the stars at night next to a outdoor firepit or sit inside playing games with friends next to a fireplace. The bedrooms are huge and beautifully decorated and it is a shame the photos don’t show that beauty. The cottage is walking distance to the village centre which is amazing as you can try whiskey tasting, local beer or learning how to brew a filter coffee. Loads of restaurants within 10-15 minutes of walking but I recommend the waffle house as it blows your taste buds away. I have only realised how renounce this place is for fly fishing and highly recommend to stay at Stephan cottage to enjoy this hobby as you can walk to the fishing spots and grab a few local ales along the way.....

What a beautiful sunset this place has. The animals we could see from the outside area was phenomenal. We loved our stay. House is equipped with everything you could need. The swimming pool is perfect for those hot days. Loved driving around with the Safari vehicle. Mabalingwe is our favorite bushveld getaway.

It was our 2nd time coming to the cottage, and it's one of our most favorite places to visit ! A breathtaking beautiful view from the porch and the cottage is surrounded with forestry. It is peaceful and quiet with birds all around. The cottage is equipped with everything you need even for a power outage (loadshedding). The road is a bit rocky to the cottage, but our small little city car made it there without a dent. Definitely visiting again sometime soon!
