One bedroom with queen, also a sofa bed in the living area that connects w/kitchenette. Save money by cooking in. Balcony looks out on trees with a creek and ducks below. Electronic lock access for easy check in/out. No WiFi. Condo does have heating, cooling, fireplace, cable, towels, and plates/pans/utensils for cooking.

Loaded with lots to do in the area as well as the great history of Lincoln County, that Billy the Kid was a big part of. This classic adobe style condo, remodeled in 2023 has easy access parking right in front.
