This caravan was absolutely perfect for our short break with the dog. The location, right next to the gate to the beach was incredible, but at the same time very quiet. The caravan itself was clean, tidy, comfy and very cosy ! Everything worked as it should, no issues at all with any aspect If anyone is looking for a caravan break in this location there is no need to look any further than this one

Have stayed here three or four times now. It’s a great base and definitely home from home. It’s comfortable and cosy and we love the secure private garden. Best of all is the location right by the beach - perfect!

me and my partner with our 8 year old daughter and our 2year old french bulldog had a lovely 2night stay with easy access to the beach and an easy 5 min walk to the rides at fantasy island. the caravan was perfect for the price and location also I just want to mention that the shower was alot better than previous caravan stays...was very powerful and very warm which is a massive bonus when wanting to start the day off or at the end of a busy day the owner was very helpful with our booking as well we will definitely be returning in the future for some more shorts breaks away

Having stayed at the accommodation many times before, we can’t fault it. It’s comfortable, homely & very affordable. Host is excellent & communication brilliant

Place was lovely, clean and relaxing. It was walkable to everything in the centre of town. Kitchen was very well equipped. Bed was lovely and comfortable. Owner sent a long list of things to do and see. Bonus that we could take our little pooch with us. Log burner looked amazing but we didn't have the need to use it. We wouldn't hesitate to return or recommend this place to others.

Our stay was so relaxing and easy. The house is lovely and was pristine for our arrival. The location is ideal, a minute from the beach and a quick walk from shops and arcades. Our dogs also loved the house and especially the closed in garden. A outdoor dog bowl was even provided. The bath and she shower were lovely, the bed was super comfy, and the kitchen was easy to use and had every appliance we needed. Will definitely stay again

We had a lovely few days at Sarah’s chalet, it was really peaceful, comfortable and very clean, the small town close by had lots to do we were able to have a lot of fun by the coast, also the beach is beautiful and just a close walk. Thank you Sarah we would definitely recommend and come again :)

I stayed in this adorable bungalow with my dog for a peaceful break away, and it was wonderful. I felt very much at home as soon as we walked in. It is beautifully furnished with incredible attention to detail. Everything you could possibly want was there and more! I particularly liked the garden and outdoor area and we spent a lot of our time out there. There was an outdoor heater and lots of blankets for when it was chilly. The little back entrance onto the beach was perfect for my dog, who is nervous of people and other dogs. We could get onto the beach easily without meeting too many others, and he had a great time too. We will definitely be returning.

This was the 2nd time we have stayed at Adrian’s caravan and once again cannot fault anything. As a party of 5 (3 adults 2 children) the caravan accomodated us perfectly in terms of space and amenities. The location is perfect close to everything we wanted to do but just far enough to be out of the hustle and bustle which ingoldmells inevitably brings. Adrian was faultless as a host again, very responsive, helpful, polite and even worked it so we could have a slightly earlier check in. Definitely recommended will definitely be looking to visit again.

Outstanding place. Great communication - immaculate property with everything my son (9 year old) and I required. it was like home from home. Beach less than 5 minutes away - perfect holiday. Joanna was super helpful and the whole process was stress free. Thank you

Wi-Fi would have made it different. There was no network reception, and I think it was showing on the description Wi-Fi included.

We all had a brilliant time, if we needed anything Katie was always available, lovely little caravan

All round a good stay for a good price. Lisa answered any questions we had almost immediately. I have stayed in that area many times before. First time on that particular site. I had no problems with anything at all.

Had a lovely time, 3 teens and I. Close to everything but not disturbed by the noise. Lovely on site pool and activities, nice walk to the beach. We went to the seal santactury which was just a short walk, and the lovely sandy beach is just a few minutes away. We drove into Mablethorpe it's a long walk or there is a land train and enjoyed the little town for the day and all it had to offer. We only had breakfast in the caravan but well equipped for cooking. Would recommend to all. Busy site but everyone was polite and o site lovely.

Amazing apartment, very modern and clean throughout the property. Location is ideal puts you within walking distance of most of Skegness. We enjoyed are stay over in Skegness and would definitely look to stay at Caroline’s apartment again if we was looking for somewhere to stay in Skegness in the future. Thanks Flynn.
