Close to bus stop and only 25 minutes by bus and subway from Central Stockholm, about 15 minutes by car. The house is within walking distance of Tyresö Centrum and close to grocery stores. Single-storey house with basement measuring about 130 sqm (80 sqm living space). The house has a hall, a large and a small bathroom, two bedrooms with room for 5 people, living room with sofa bed and dining room.

15 minuter från Stockholm innerstad finner ni detta unika skärgårdsobjekt i söderläge med egen brygga om 100m2 samt privat strand. Strandpromenaden tar er till restaurang Smokehouse på 10 minuter, fortsätter ni 15 minuter till når ni restaurang Bruket Fin grillterass samt bastu med vy utmed Stockholms inlopp. Stor gräsmatta för lek och avkoppling. För den som önskar finns även möjlighet att hyra båt (intyg krävs) som ligger förtöjd vid den egna bryggan.
