Quiet and elegant accommodation for 2 people, located 1.5 km from the beaches. On a 3300 m² property, studio on the ground floor of our house. It is composed as: Living room/kitchen including a 160 cm convertible - Bathroom/WC Covered terrace - Air conditioning - Washing machine shared with the other apartment in the outdoor laundry room, adjoining the studio's terrace. The electrical installation of this accommodation does not allow the charging of electric vehicles.

Take a break and relax in this studio on the ground floor of our character house in the village of Linguizzetta, 380 meters above sea level and 12 km from the beaches (20 minutes by car). Beautiful mountain and plain views. 24 m2 studio comprising a bedroom with two armchairs, a separate kitchen and a shower room. Duplex with a window to the north that allows for natural air conditioning. Outside, there's a porch with a table and garden with armchairs.

Beautiful new furnished 2-room apartment, very well equipped, feet in the water (terrace overlooking the beach, access to... only 10 meters!!) in a new residence equipped with a very nice heated pool, located in the municipality of Linguizzetta. You will stay on the sandy beach of Marine de Bravone. Beautiful terrace with incredible sea views!!! Beach access is immediate.
