Apartment as described on the listing. The location is great, close to the bus station, supermarket, snack bars, close to BR and right in the center. The building is super quiet, easy to find and comfortable. The apartment meets the proposal, ideal for people who go to work in the city. Stella was a love, very solicited and flexible with my schedules. I needed to check in later and check out earlier on account of work, and it wasn't a problem. I'd definitely come back more often.

Location just like in the photos. Very clean and organized. I went to sleep only, but for sure if I needed it would stay more days. The person q me received mto sympathetic tb. Congratulations, I highly recommend it.

The site is very well located, in one of the main streets of Aracruz, close to restaurants, bakeries and the mall. The apartment is very well divided, perfect for a person or a couple. Well-equipped kitchen. Check-in was very flexible and easy. I really enjoyed my stay at the place. It has a parking space, although it is able to walk to many locations due to the privileged location. Very well organized and tidy apartment. The stay is well worth the stay. I would definitely return.

Excellent house and 100% met our needs. Large and airborne space. We didn't have any problems! The owner always very attentive, polite and willing to help at all times. Great choice!!!

I spent the carnival with some friends and a doghouse at Lucas's house and we had a wonderful experience! Cozy ambiance, ventilated, clean and organized house. House close to the main streets, the beach, the square, the restaurant and marked. It has a fan in the bedrooms and the kitchen is well equipped with utensils. Two tips for those who are staying: bring beach chairs to enjoy the balcony by having a little barbecue and bring a cooler box. The freezer is small. A tip for the person in charge would be to put a shower in the backyard. Although it has a mango, it would make a difference. The house is surrounded and we had no trouble leaving the b***h free around the yard. Lucas is very attentive and helped us when needed. We will certainly be back.

The house is quite complete and has everything. The atmosphere is very quiet and comfortable, as well as having a beautiful barbecue area to enjoy with friends. Philip was super friendly and flexible about schedules. We'll be back for sure!!
