Boat with oars is available to borrow for free. Free parking available available outside the cabin. Charging for electric car is not allowed. About 7 minutes by car to Norrköping. 25 min to Kolmården. 5 minutes from E4’an.

In the immediate vicinity of it there is a golf course. 200 m away from the house there is a nice swimming area. The proximity to Linköping has made it popular for people who work in or near Linköping and need an apartment for shorter or longer stays, 1 - 3 people. Also, others who want to visit Linköping, Norrköping (such as Kolmården) or Vimmerby (Astrid Lindgren's world) have appreciated this accommodation.

Vårt lugna och stilrena hus ligger centralt i Åtvidaberg med gångavstånd till bad, golfbana, affärer, restauranger, skogsområden och många andra aktiviteter. Det friliggande huset ligger på tomten till vårt större boningshus med tillgång till uteplats och parkering. I närområdet finns många utflyktsmål. Nära till Linköping, Norrköping och Västervik. Ca 2,5h till Stockholm och ca 3h till Göteborg. Huset passar bäst det upptäckande/aktiva paret eller den lilla familjen. Vi hjälper gärna med info.

The house is 50 m2 with one bedroom with two beds and living room with bed sofa for two. A lovely terrass with bbq and sun beds with view over the lake. Bathroom with toilet and shower with hot water. 15 min from Åtvidaberg, 45 min from Linköping. Close to interesting sights in Östergötland. Many golf courses close by, Åtvidabergs Golf Club only 10 min away.
